Another silent killer of your fitness journey is negotiation which by definition is "discussion aimed at reaching an agreement."  We like to stay in the discussion phase but really struggle to move on to the agreement or decision phase. We so often say we are going to do something but then we allow ourselves an out by engaging in this back and forth, teeter totter type of mental game. MAKE  A DECISION and STICK WITH IT. It's awfully simply, but not easy to actually execute.
