What's going on everyone and welcome back to saying it out loud. Come see it live. Another Monday, another week, it's been very beautiful Actually nice cold weather, nice gloomy sky. It's all you, man. This is better than summer, like winter and fall is better than summer and spring. Anyhoo, let's talk about our weekend last week. That's what we're doing.

Speaker 1:

Last Tuesday. Last Tuesday, we went to a networking group First time ever doing that. It was very interesting, to say the least. So, basically, it's a bunch of small businesses and a center representative and they all say what they do and you go around the room and everybody introduces themselves, so you know what everybody does. Then you have an open networking time where you can just talk to people for the number of people you want until the main meeting starts, and then the main meeting starts can only a certain amount of people get an opportunity to induce themselves in longer than the 30 seconds that we had. So it was a good time. We passed out a bunch of business cards, talk to a few people, have a few people out on our first day there and, yeah, overall it was interesting experience. If you have some Instagram that you saw your boy like injecting that Polo, right? Anyhoo, she day yesterday, saturday, saturday we had a biscuit cheesecake. How's that cheesecake?

Speaker 2:

I mean it's been better just because of the camera.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, she on that coffee, she tripping, and then why does the camera taste like that? Oh, I didn't create the recipe, okay, and we had donuts. How does donuts?

Speaker 2:

They were really good Best donuts I've had in years.

Speaker 1:

You know, yeah, so they look good too, don't they? It's a boy putting in a little work. Then we had biscuits, of course. Then we have voodoo's donuts. Listen, y'all saw the comparison, don't play with me. And voodoo's donuts tripping, they tripping, bro. See, the difference between my stuff and their stuff is I'm making all my stuff from scratch. They using this synthetic fruit stuff synthetic banana pudding like straight from a lab.

But the last time we got the apple footage, man, the apple footage were all plain, but this time they just weren't they were not good. I don't know man, I don't know what be going on, honestly, but that's neat to hear. Are there either way? They'd be hit and miss. They still good sometimes, and sometimes they're not good here and there. That's neither here nor there, okay, and then we watched the rest of the Olympia Seabob, of course one, no doubt there was a bunch of upsets this year and a bunch of champions Upsets.

that People who won that you didn't take your gun on I don't know, that's not an upset Right there. That's an upset.

Speaker 2:

How upset it's like when you let someone down you let down because no, it's not.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I try to tell me, from here we can go right down. I know what ups it is, anyways it makes it real sense to me. Yeah, we're always good Olympia. Then we had dinner Big fat juicy burgers my was promised on promise on my was pepper jack, cheddar cheese, bacon, barbecue sauce and then she just had bacon and a patty. And then we watched Hell House LLC Origins and I'm really good, but it was really good. Like I wish they made a movie, a scary movie, where the people were retarded.

Speaker 2:

That's not going to happen, because there would be no movie.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it would be, because it'd be like a funny movie.

Speaker 2:

A five minute movie.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I'd still watch it Five minute movie because I want to see like realistically, bro, if this is happening, Like for okay, for one of the scenes there's a ball.

Speaker 2:

I just need you guys to understand something. This claim right here Okay, okay, leo is just going to fight. Well, he says he's going to fight, right? I don't know, we haven't been in the situation, so he just says that he's just going to book it to people that are clearly in a cult, cult killing people.

Speaker 1:

Listen, listen, listen. No, let me break it down. Let me break it down so you understand. There's this part of the movie I'm going to show you, this part of this movie where they're walking in the woods and three black people.

Okay, they just left the house that's haunted. Now they got. Either they can run back and they've already walked what like four miles, so they would have to run back four miles or you take your chance or run straight at these people. So either way, your odds of dying are very high. Okay, cause you go back to the house. Now you're trapped in the house and if you run at them there's three of them, there's two of y'all. Y'all are freaking exhausted. You probably gonna die, yeah, and maybe get away then run back to the house and be trapped. Anyways, go watch the movie. It's a good movie. Make sure you watch the first one first, hell house LLC. It's the one where they're at the Aperna hotel. Don't watch the other. Hell else, hell house LLC, where they're touring all the haunted houses. Okay, don't watch that.

Okay, I did episode Question of the day. Have you ever had acne? Yes, right, all of us cuz we all probably with you. If you really can feel this, I'm hoping you have yeah. Yeah, I'm on the freaking. She thinks I'm perfect for some reason in you you don't remember how big old fat you see him up for it.

Speaker 2:

It was not big.

Speaker 1:

Yes, it was. You know, don't tell the story, top of the day, you probably guessed it acne. So we figured they're gonna talk about acne, because it's one of those things that lower people's confidence and they want to know how to get rid of or why they have it and what to do about it. So we're gonna go over. I Mean basically acne and a little bit more in depth than you probably heard from just hitting on Google search. I'm gonna tell the story first about my son.

Speaker 1:

When I this big juicy Every year for the longest I can remember and Maybe like for three or four years ago, we just stopped ever since we start taking care of our good health a lot more, more in depth. I used to get this big fat juicy pimple right in the middle of my forehead and this thing was so freakin filled with stuff like I could squeeze it. I remember squeezing it like from the top and then squeezing it from the side to try to get the stuff out of it and then literally left foot cross in there On my forehead for like three days. So not only was it a big fat juicy now had a cross on it too. So they drew more attention and I used to get that same thing Every single year in the same spot at the same time, for some strange reason.

Speaker 1:

It was crazy. I never knew. I never understood why I Tilted. I started understanding more about, you know, hormones and the gut health side of things that I'll get it anymore. I barely I'm barely getting any type of breakouts or anything, and that's my bro. My hair out real long and I accumulate more sweat and stuff on my forehead or in the summertime and I frequent sweat like a freaking pig. Other than that, your voice chilling.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah you gotta tell your story.

Speaker 2:

I mean it's, it's getting better, but it's still not fully a hundred percent.

Speaker 1:

So that's not a story. Because you gotta tell people your story.

Speaker 2:

I'm terrible at this, I guess Pretty much. I've had acne my whole life and I'm 21 28.

Speaker 1:

And for the longest time.

Speaker 2:

I Guess we'll talk about this in the podcast, like what it's actually costing it. But I've tried all the creams, although all the skincare routine, literally everything, and I Healed my gut successfully the past Year, two years, but it wasn't like fully done yet and it's because it's because I. So how do I Stop? I'm not making noises, I just need something to play around with, okay, anyways. So I Decided to fully come off of my IDD, since I was able to fix like the foundation stuff instead of just removing it, like just Out of the blue.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I had the ID for 8 years. Ish for this time, but I knew for a fact that that was the reason why I was still so persistent, even though I healed my gut. And so far it's been almost three months without the ID. It's getting a lot better. I haven't done all these crazy skincare routines and stuff like that. I was just addressing my hormones, and it's getting better. Still not a hundred percent yet, but it's Getting better. He says it's come a long way, but I see my skin every day, so it's kind of hard for me, though.

Speaker 1:

She says she suits her skin. Every day. I go to look at her every day. I See you skin. I see your skin every day too, mother freaking. And who's a better judge? The person that's staring at themselves and hate the way they look every day? Or on your body person?

Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, so it's getting better, Anyways anyways.

Speaker 1:

So we're gonna kick this off with what actually acne is and we're gonna hand it back over to the fidgeter.

Speaker 2:

No, you can, why me?

Speaker 1:

I just talked so it's your, no, so okay, yep.

Speaker 2:

So we're gonna do. I'm gonna talk about, like, the different types of our knees, because it's not one specific type. I Figure it would be like easier for people to understand because we kind of associate our me is just.

Speaker 1:

I'm broad spectrum.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah. So it occurs in the hair. One of hair follicles we come clogged with oil and that skin, leading the formation of various type of blemishes. So it normally happens, like around the face, neck, chest, back and shoulders. And there's different types of acne. The main type that we normally think about when we think acne is pimples what he was talking about Also known as sputules which are small raised bumps on the skin with visible pus.

Speaker 2:

They are usually red, anything. But there's also blackheads, which is small dark spots that appear on the skin surfaces. They're usually caused by clogging of the hair follicles with oil on that skin. There's whiteheads, which is pretty much the same as blackheads, it just looks completely different, just different color. There's cyst, which normally when you have chronic acne, that's what you see Mainly in the skin. It's terrible, but it's deep, painful and large bumps that just cover your whole area of the skin, usually around. Normally when you see it, especially hormonal, it's around the cheeks, and then nodules, which are hard, painful lumps that are deep under the skin that can form into acne. It takes a long time for them to heal. So those are the types. I also wanted to talk about common myths before we talk about the recent why acne is so persistent.

Speaker 1:

Myth number one Chocolate causes acne. No, I've never actually heard of this myth.

Speaker 2:

Seriously.

Speaker 1:

Everyone.

Speaker 2:

I guess because we've never had a period. Every woman, gets coldest because every woman for some reason has a sweet tooth around their period for chocolate. I don't know why, because I hate chocolate. And then they complain that I have acne after that and people will always say, oh, it's because you ate chocolate.

Speaker 1:

But Okay, measure history on that. There's no direct correlation between chocolate and acne that scientists have found about. Acne is primarily influenced by factors like genetics, hormones and skincare practices. But consuming excessive sugary or high glycemic foods, which is foods that are very sugary that spike here blood sugar, can exacerbate the acne, Not specifically chocolate, and most chocolate is not really that sweet.

Speaker 2:

If it's like real chocolate.

Speaker 1:

If you get like dark chocolate.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, okay. So myth number two is only teenagers get acne, only 28 past my teenage Bro.

Speaker 1:

you're not 21.

Speaker 2:

I said 28 past my teenage years. A lot of people can have acne, especially because of the hormones and their ghettos that are not effective. No, not addressed.

Speaker 1:

Oh wow, Did you know the myth number three?

Speaker 2:

Why did I know you were gonna say that? Can you just read it and then like move on, let's move on. Okay, let's move on.

Speaker 1:

Popping pimples make them heal faster. That's the myth. Yeah, the fact is, popping pimples is not effective or safe treatment of acne and can lead to further information and scarring.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. Myth number four tan and clearest acne sun exposure. Does that actually treat acne? It can dry out the skin, temporarily improve the appearance of it, but it's not going to actually fix it. Keep in mind, though, like if you use a lot of like sunscreen and stuff like that, it can make your acne worse because it's like super oily and clogs your skin.

Speaker 1:

Myth number five acne is a result of poor hygiene. Acne is not caused by poor hygiene. In fact, overcleaning the skin can irritate and make acne worse.

Speaker 2:

Yes, however, if you're not showering, like during the week, then that's. That's different, but, like a lot of people with all these skin care routines, you need to have a balanced skin routine.

Speaker 2:

It's like it makes it worse Only topical treatment work for acne. So this is something that we're going to address soon, because we're going to talk about all these doctor medications that they recommend. But a lot of people think that if you just topically apply things, it's going to fix the issue. But again, acne is an internal issue. So so do you want to talk about the interview?

Speaker 1:

Primarily factors that cause acne. Now these are what you need to understand are the most important factors in what's probably causing your acne.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Nine times out of 10. And these are the things that people don't often associate with acne Because, like we said, they think of acne as they can clear it off with topical, so they're not really taking that's an internal issue. So hormonal changes are a common contributor to acne. During puberty, the body undergoes hormonal fluctuations, including increased energy and production, which can stimulate the wow sebaceous glands to produce more oil. Hormonal fluctuations can also occur during the menstrual cycle, pregnancy and menopause, leading to breakouts in some individuals.

Speaker 2:

Okay. So to expand on that topic, I have it down there, but I'm going to just talk about it now. So, hormones in itself it could be because you have high androgens, which is like DHEA, testosterone etc. And this will be. You can see it either on dust test or on blood work, depending if you've had like a history of birth control etc. And if these numbers are high then that's what's causing your acne, because you have quote unquote PCOS, something that can be easily faced. But just so you have an idea of what that causes.

Speaker 2:

Also, another imbalance hormone wise is cortisol. So if cortisol is in balance, it will also cause acne. A lot of people do not address cortisol at all. They just think, well, it's PCOS and they do birth control or whatever else. Doctors are out there for telling people that will quote unquote fix your DHEA. Cortisol imbalance will cause a lot of increased stress and inflammation in the body and, as we've addressed, acne is also more so like an inflammatory response. So if cortisol is in balance, then it's going to cause acne. So those two things are very important to keep in mind. A lot of doctors will just say, like, already have high androgens, get on a spiroloctone, which they assume, will reduce your androgens. It won't. So I won't really actually fix the issue. As soon as you come off, you're going to get acne again.

Speaker 2:

So I'll talk about diet as well. So the myth that like chocolate causes acne, of course like it's not going to be the reason why. However, when it comes to like having a poor diet meaning like fast foods, a lot of oil, that kind of stuff it will cause your body to be super inflamed internally, even though you might not notice it, or whatever it is which will cause acne. Not only that, but if you're having a lot of sugars, high-lossemic food etc. It causes a blood sugar dysregulation. Blood sugar dysregulation also leads into hormone imbalance, gut health imbalance and inflammation, therefore also causing acne.

Speaker 2:

So it's not like you just improve your diet, like for some people it might work, but like when I had a lot of issues with acne and stuff like that, if I went to a doctor at first it would be like just clean up your diet and you'll be fine. Back then I was eating like salads and stuff like that. Like I was really super unhealthy and it never really made a difference whatsoever on my acne. Other people think that if you hydrate a lot that's gonna clear up your acne, which, again, if you're dehydrated, yes, but I would drink a gallon a day Still not make a difference. So I just want you to keep in mind that it might not just be those simple things.

Speaker 1:

You already touched on that Stress, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Okay, so also gut health. So these are like all gut health for everyone, like this Thank you, my work.

Speaker 1:

So then we got the gut brain access. So, if you didn't know, the gut is the second brain, called the second brain because of how it everything's interconnected If something going on down there that's sending signals up to the brain and vice versa. But your gut microbiome play a huge role in your ability to just overall, be healthy. Because if you don't have the right microbiome to break down the right foods, then you can cause the inflammation which can lead to the acne and so on and so forth. So having a microbiome that's not balanced well can lead to acne.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. So with that I'll say like, because there's going to be a touch point. That does not mean to take probiotics. Probiotics will actually make things worse. Why? Because when there's an imbalance in the microbiome, it causes overgrowth. So what I'm talking about is like it could be SIBO, it can be Kandita, it can be age by Lory parasites, etc. Don't just go out on Google and try and fix these issues Like you have to like go through processes, but all of those will cause acne issues. So an imbalance like that it's very important to address, because probiotics will just feed and grow more of the bad bacteria, instead of you thinking that you're just going to get more good bacteria and it's going to cause an issue. Yeah, you can do leaky gut, since I just put that.

Speaker 1:

I just want to clarify, because I think there's a lot of people in the mainstream social media sphere that like to blow out and make everything that the function of some people are saying like wacky or unportional, like, oh, you can't balance the gut. Okay, when we talk about balance, there's good bacteria and there's bad bacteria. If you are eating a standard American diet, you are feeding a lot of the bad bacteria. So doing it over a long enough period will lead to, say, for example, yeast. There's a bacteria yeast in your gut microbiome. It can be more yeast than there needs to be. So that's what we call an imbalance. So what you have to do is get that yeast back down to a specific level, to where it's not overgrowth.

Speaker 1:

So it's not like saying that there's three trillion good bacteria and three trillion bad bacteria and you need to make sure it remains three trillion, three trillion, yeah that's not what we're saying.

Speaker 1:

Depending on what you eat in your environment, bad bacteria can get higher than a good bacteria. So you have to bring it back down. Okay, that's it. So leaky gut condition, known as leaky gut, can occur when the intestinal barrier becomes damaged or or permanentable. So it's like spreads apart to where there's like cracks in it, basically, and stuff seeps through Allow me to say substances to pass through into the bloodstream which are supposed to be kept in the gut.

Speaker 1:

So, if you don't know, when you, when you eat food, it goes into the intestine and with the bio, the bio like takes all those toxins and stuff and brings them all the way through and then they're excreted to your freaking butthole. And that's the ideal world. Yeah, ideal world. And what happens with the leaky gut is there's, like I said, cracks in the intestinal wall and the stuff that's supposed to be swept through with the bio seeps through those cracks and straight into the bloodstream. And then that's when you get the inflammation, the immune response, and if you have a backed up detox pathways of your liver's crap, then they're not getting cleaned in the liver. So you go through a whole wonky process and they seem to be got acne.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so I mean that's that will cause food sensitivity and allergies. Also an over girl who calls that to so like a lot of people say like well, I'm just cutting out gluten there and stuff like that and it helped. It all helped temporarily, but I won't actually fix the issue because usually these are the reasons why you have those sensitivities. So just keep that in mind. Another thing, when he talked about the liver detox, it's also a pat, one of the reasons why you might have acne. So I say this all the time when a lot of people want to heal and they go through like functional medicine doctors, they skip a lot of steps, sadly, and they just throw a lot of supplements at you.

Speaker 1:

It's not about your sister's experience.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. She went to a functional medicine doctor because family did not take your advice. I don't know why I do this for a living but she decided she just want to go through a doctor and again, like every other doctor a natural path doctor and functional medicine doctor he threw out so many supplements at her, skipping all these steps, and she honestly I mean she didn't personally waste money because it was her father's money, but they wasted a lot of money and time and she didn't get better and that's the reason why. So, liver detox, pathways, drainage, et cetera.

Speaker 2:

It's super important Not saying go buy a cleanse, like it's a very specific step by step process. But if your liver is not detoxing correctly, then your body needs to detox another way, and it usually is always through the skin. So that will start causing a lot of acne buildup because you're just trying to detox all these things that you can detox through your liver and your body. Your skin wasn't meant to do all that detox, like we have a liver for a reason. So it's something that's very important to address and keep in mind and something that you have to fix before you go into gut or hormones or anything like that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and just touching that as well? Awesome. Let's bring it back to social media here. Yeah, staying on and blow everything on a proportion, as I said. And so let me speak about detox. People are probably going to want us to do detox cleanse. Okay, that's not what this is.

Speaker 2:

No.

Speaker 1:

So in the liver there's a three step process that it goes through in order to detox. But in order for that process to be initiated and to be carried out, you need your liver needs certain nutrients and vitamins to make the killers.

Speaker 1:

That kills off the toxins or not kills off, but makes them a less toxic version of themselves so they can be excreted. If we're not getting those nutrients and vitamins, it can't do that effectively. So if it can't neutralize the toxins and make them less toxic, when that stuff goes back into your bloodstream to be excreted it's still toxic. So when we speak of the detox, all we're doing is giving your body those nutrients and vitamins in order to let your liver do its job. Because a lot of people who live a standard American diet, their diet is void of nutrients and vitamins and minerals, so you're not even getting any of it to begin with. So we have to make sure you get it in order for your body to do its job correctly.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, even people that eat healthy, they're not getting enough minerals and nutrients that they need. So, like through our phase, it has to go through a specific diet on top of supplements. It's not just like a cleanse and that's it, like you have to go through both in order to actually help your body deliver detox and go through all three pathways before you do anything. Do you want to talk about the teenagers and acne development?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so, teenagers, showing your adolescence period, you go through a significant hormonal change, puberty, which increases your energy and protection. The hormonal surge can lead to increased oil production and the development of acne, which is why acne is often prevalent during the teenage years, affecting significant portions of teenagers. So, like we talked about earlier, like a lot of women that have hormonal acne, or if you're on birth control, your antigens go super high. So, just like how you go through puberty, males go through puberty and their antigens go super high and they get acne. Well, females have way lower antigens than males, but when they get PCOS or birth control, their antigens get up to, not saying specifically male levels, but they get higher, way higher than the normal female levels.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and the problem with this is that, like puberty will go like we could, should go through puberty, we can't really like address those hormones because your body is just going through a change, like trying to figure out what is hormonal balance is. But the problem is that when you're going through a teenager phase, depending on how much acne you actually have, you might feel self-conscious. So, like every other parent, they're going to react with taking them to the doctor, and the doctor was probably going to be like birth control or one of the treatments that we're about to talk about. The problem with that is that it's actually going to cause even more of an issue.

Speaker 2:

Instead of just addressing like simple things like gut health, just overall, like small cortisol balance, et cetera, inflammation, et cetera, that can actually help them during their teenage years while their hormones are being sorted, then, like all this other stuff that's going on, that's just going to make things worse for them in the long run and lastly cause wise mineral imbalance, which we touched on, like liver health, et cetera, but mineral balance in general will cause a lot of inflammation in your body and also like acne, because your body's not actually getting all the nutrients that it needs in order to properly. Yeah, so like it's not just like get a one a day or whatever, it is Like you need to be fueling your body one and also getting quality supplements on top of that to be to make sure that you're Getting all the minerals instead of just buying a cheap as Monday. Yeah, yeah, you want to talk about the antibiotics prescription medication.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so for prescription medications, a lot of people are given antibiotics like candy, yeah, no, like any bodies are all to describe to reduce information and control bacteria, anti-bacteria, anti-biotic. So it is on the skin and they can be taken orally or apply topically. Negative side effects, and everybody's been caused side effects like gastrointestinal upset, yeast infections and Then the development of antibiotic resistant bacteria with long-term use. So basically, how we said earlier, when that bad Bacteria and good bacteria, three trillion, three trillion. Next thing, you know the yeast and that bad bacteria is getting more and more and more of it because it's feeding off of the antibiotics, because the antibiotics, like a nuclear bomb that goes in, just kills everything. And then if you eat like a real high Sugary diet now you're just feeding that yeast instead of feeding the good bacteria, so the yeast becomes more.

Speaker 1:

Yeah and then, if you take anti-biotics long enough, your bacteria becomes immune to the antibiotics. So now you have an immune strand of yeast to your antibiotics.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and the thing is I keep in mind yes, of course, like acne can be caused by a bacterial issue, but it can also be because of parasites or yeast or whatever. Antibiotics will not kill those things whatsoever. A lot of people think they do because they're giving antibiotics for yeast infections. Not the case whatsoever. So it's important to keep that in mind. But also the side effects Makes things worse because you're not addressing the root cause of the issue. You're just trying to kill things off and think that that's gonna make things better, when in reality your body is very smart and it adapts in a way that we don't want it to adapt and it adapts negatively and it's first like just Not responding to the antibiotics and your acne will not get better. And that's why when I see a lot of women that are on this, all these Medications, when they come off they usually get worse acne and it like it's a lot harder to treat.

Speaker 2:

Also, another thing with treatment there are so many skincare treatments out there, like infrared micro kneeling, the yeah, chemical peels, all this other stuff, and you might see people I say like, yeah, this works, etc. But you have to keep in mind, like all these things you have to continuously do and it tends to be a lot of money, but it doesn't actually address the issue, just like skincare routine, like it doesn't really fix what's going on with causing your acne. So, although it might help in conjunction, to like if you're addressing your gut health, if you're addressing your liver health, you're blushing your dysregulation, etc. It's not gonna fix it. So I see a lot of women, since so much money on all these Treatments, thinking that it's gonna fix your skin and it actually makes things Just like an endless cycle, just wasting money, which I don't feel like it's necessary. What's the other versus always important? Keep that in mind.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and just to touch on that, you know we'll bring it back to the social media realm again, because once again these people want to make us out to be like we're freaking cuckoo for cocoa posts and blow everything and we see out of proportion and one, like she just said, all these treatments Okay, these chemical pills and lasers, topicals, whatever they do right, and how you waste a lot of money because you got to keep coming back for these things. First question is why do you think you have to keep coming back?

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Okay, and like we say, because you didn't address the root cause, now these people make us increase. Oh, they're all talking about the root cause, the root cause, the root cause, right, okay. So I said to them Well, where does this stuff come from? A pimple doesn't just pop up on your face. I know where it Develops over time. Right, your acting develops over time, is developing from something you're doing to it. It doesn't just happen. Your body needs a reason to do anything that is doing. It doesn't just do stuff. So when we say the root cause, okay, like we just gave you a list of reasons that be causing your acne, you know, poor, good health, poor diet never know, never health sure.

Speaker 1:

Bless your good regulation, all these reasons that you're not addressing, if you're just doing topical, so you can keep getting the late, your face with laser off and these chemical pills, but you're gonna keep coming back, yeah, so instead, like we say, address the root cause. If you know, if you're not willing to make a lifestyle change, you're always gonna be miserable. That's, that's it Play play period. So, until you're ready to have that conversation with yourself and say, hey, I need to change my lifestyle, then you're gonna be miserable and you're gonna keep Going down the same spirals that you always go down. The same, the same spiral that the people want to get these weight loss surgeries. Okay, go ahead, it's gonna come back. Yeah, your body's gonna do the exact same process they went through to get you there.

Speaker 1:

So you get the, you get the tummy tuck or the fat sucked or you know whatever the surgeries are called. How did you get there? To begin with, your diet, right. So what do you think's gonna happen after you get this fat removed? You're by the. Oh, we got room again. Just gonna start to store it all over again. So, bro, just Unless you make a lifestyle change, you're gonna, you're gonna be miserable until you die. So make that lifestyle change, address the root cause of these issues and you don't have to worry about wasting all this money on these surgeries.
