What's going on? Everyone and welcome back, to Say it Out Loud, Coming to you live from San Antonio. You know the drill we got another banger of an episode. It's actually pretty important. I've said that literally about every single podcast. But here we are again. I'll get you up on. Our week had a very busy month. I don't even remember what happened. What did we?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, a lot of work actually.

Actually that's so. Yeah, yep, that's all we've done actually have. That's so yeah, yep, that's all we've done. Actually. Have we tried anything this month? Food-wise?

Speaker 1:

I don't think so. We didn't even go out, did we? I think the last place we went to was that barbecue place. No, we had sushi. We went to an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet and you know it's funny because the guy brought us, uh, the menus and we got what we wanted and after one time he came back. He's like, really finished already we're like yeah, because somebody is a lightweight.

Speaker 2:

I'm not Okay. First off, this all you can eat is going to charge you for everything else that's left over if you don't eat at all. So I'm not going to stuff myself or try a freaking binge or anything like that and get charged extra.

Speaker 1:

Like I wouldn't have eaten it have eaten bro stop I literally had three rolls.

Speaker 2:

You don't like the rolls, I don't get yeah, because you can get some weird rolls. No, I get no more rolls. You don't like spicy salmon.

Speaker 1:

You don't get no, okay, first of all, that's your own. You don't get no mayo in there, no cream cheese, no I like mayo't like avocado.

Speaker 2:

You don't get none of that. So then your rolls are all nasty, so yeah, it was okay though it's like. For what it is, I guess it's fine. I liked it. I would go back, but definitely you just want to eat sushi once a year.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but it was cheaper to do all you can eat than it would have been to order three rolls for sure, so we did that. We have a photo shoot tomorrow and so hopefully, yeah, hopefully that doesn't get killed yeah, and then we did not do the podcast, co-host, whatever.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, podcast speaking that if you're running a business and you're a professional, having poor communication is not okay. So when we have to continuously message you to figure out the time scheduling issue and if you're going to have somebody there to do your sound or not, and you don't ever reach back out, you clearly don't want our business. So, yeah, we clearly don't want our business. So that's kind of messed up that he just goes to this, but it is what it is. Clearly we're meant to be on that podcast.

So here we are, making our episode and I don't think we did anything else no, we're supposed to try a new place on sunday oh yeah, we're trying trilogyogy Pizza on Sunday because we have yet Listen to this the best pizza we've had here so far well, it's been hers that she's made, but Russia lies Alamo Drive House, which is a movie theater, and Cheesecake Factory's flatbread has been the best pizza we've had here, and everything else has been greasy.

oh my god, absolutely terrible. And it's funny because, like, I'm part of this, like san Antonio foodies facebook group stuff, so I asked best pizza that's not greasy? And everyone came for my throat for saying that I don't want pizza that's greasy. Okay, I don't want pizza that's dripping in grease and has no flavor in it, like there's just no point to it whatsoever. I might as well just make it myself. And a lot of people said the worst places like Pizza Hut, peter Piper's, cici's, chuck.

Speaker 1:

E Cheese.

Speaker 2:

Like this is not what I'm asking for. I'm asking for places to go, like restaurants, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Well, if I have to use napkins to soak up the grease?

Speaker 2:

I'm not eating the pizza. Yeah, I'm also just making myself Point blank period.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, the secret is you cook the meat first and then you put it on the pizza. The grease doesn't soak into the pizza. Anyways, that's near and dear there. So let's get into this episode, because that's what you're actually here for, not our lives. Today I have a question for you have you ever got your sperm count taken or have you ever had your fertility health checked on? That's what I should have said.

Speaker 1:

Exactly Because women don't have sperm, but yeah, nailed it. So either one of those, your fertility, have you ever had it checked up on? And if you haven't guessed it, today's episode is going to be on fertility, because it is a very important topic, because a lot of men and women have had multiple miscarriages, not knowing the reason why, and we blame the woman a lot, but men, unfortunately, a lot of the failed miscarriages are from men and our poor sperm quality, and that's because we expect the woman to take care of herself when she's pregnant, but the men get a free pass is the reason why a lot of miscarriages happen.

Speaker 1:

Because them, you know, continue to drink or they're continuing their bad food habits or whatever stress, whatever related. It's affecting your sperm. Not only is it affecting your sperm, you're going to be passing on those genetics to your child. So if you have bad habits and she has bad habits and your bad habits combined, now you're captain planet and you have a kid with very bad genetics, and then that's how they're exposed to all of the issues like obesity, diabetes and people are like genetics. You have the genetics in you, but you have to pull the trigger where you make them far more susceptible to those type of things. So the the pulling the trigger is not as much pressure as you would think it is, compared to somebody who's taking care of themselves. You have to put a lot more pressure behind that trigger to pull it. So that's what we're going to be getting into.

Speaker 2:

There's a whole podcast right there. It's a whole podcast. We don't have to mention anything male related anymore during this podcast because you have got it all there, okay.

Speaker 2:

so this is something that, no politics aside, it's something that I wanted to talk about because it was signed into an executive order or whatever to try and make IVF cheaper. And you know, ivf is something that is extremely expensive. It's a freaking monopoly, like almost everything in the medical field right now. Like almost everything in the medical field right now. But I keep seeing a lot of women happy about this because they want medical IVF to be cheaper and it sucks because a lot of times, ivf doesn't even work, and this is something that we're going to talk about on this podcast, because there's no reason to be going through IVF. Like, if we find the real cost, we will fix it and you'll be able to conceive a baby.

Speaker 2:

Um, unless you're, you know, same sex. Marriage is completely different. You definitely need IVF for that one, but, um, but yeah, that's something that I want to talk about because I feel like a lot of women are misled, thinking that they have to do IVF and that's that's the only thing. So two stats one did he know that fertility has been decreasing every single year for the past 50 years and now and I'm pretty sure this stat is a lot- lower um, they say it's one in eight, um, almost positive.

Speaker 2:

It's a lot lower than this. Couples face infertility issues. It's freaking insane. He already talked about the male perspective, which is very, very important, but the female perspective is also something that is very overlooked, especially by doctors, um, and it's something that we kind of like do some quick research and things that might affect fertility and women kind of try it, but they don't really address the root cause, and we're going to talk about that. You want to kind of like just well, the first.

Speaker 1:

Let me touch on something. So when I was in my previous marriage, my wife actually had two.

Speaker 1:

My ex-wife actually had two miscarriages that I know of and the lifestyle she lived was partying, eating whatever she wanted to, uh, not sleeping well, overweight, stressed out, and obviously my lifestyle was more towards the fitness end. I wasn't as healthy as I am now, but I also wasn't like living the standard american diet. I was actually trying to do better. So I've been through the miscarriage and I've seen the damage it did to her because she really wanted to have a kid. I mean, I'm not gonna lie, thank God I don't have a kid right now, because that marriage was it could have been better. Let's just say that. But so I do.

Speaker 1:

I have seen it from the perspective. I have been behind the scenes and I have been there and gone through it. So this is not coming from a place of disrespect to anybody who's suffered through it and has dealt with it differently. This is coming from a place that we need to show you that there is a different way other than IBS. Ibs you know IVF and that taking care of yourself is very important if you want to have a healthy pregnancy.

Speaker 2:

So that's what this is about yeah, so kind of like just gonna throw out a couple of reasons that cause fertility issues, but we're gonna go more in depth after this. So stress, which can lower progesterone, suppress ovulation, increase inflammation. Poor diet, both male and female. Lack of movement, exercise exercise is super important, of course you don't want to overdo it, but being sedentary does not help either.

Speaker 2:

Exposure to endocrine disruptors we've talked about this in previous podcasts stuff like you know, like you're so cleaning products yeah cleaning products, literally all these stuff and all the chemicals that we're exposed to in our day-to-day are endocrine disruptors which will cause issues environmental toxins which mimic, lower testosterone, increased miscarriages, risk damaged sperm, damaged DNA, long-term birth control, medication usage that's something I see a lot. We want to get on birth control. Of course, do not get pregnant when we're, you know, not wanting to get pregnant, but a lot of people do not think about the long-term effects that it can cause, because a lot of women spend they start at birth control at like 12, 13 years old and they spend through their 20s, maybe 30s, on birth control, and those things can truly make a huge difference. And of course, alcohol, vaping, smoking, um, and of course alcohol, vaping, smoking and, of course, any drugs in general will cause an issue to our health.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, let's see so let's kind of go into root causes of infertility. We're gonna go through kind of like each hormone, female, wise, male perspective. It's a little bit more simpler. We'll talk about the testosterone aspect, but also I mean he's talked about you know what will affect health as well. Do you want to talk about that estrogen?

Speaker 1:

oh, you got it.

Speaker 2:

Female perspective so you want me to go through all of them oh no, I'll look a little bit okay, I mean, estrogen dominance is also male okay, anyways, most men don't.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you're right so estrogen dominance.

Speaker 2:

So high estrogen or an imbalance in the ratio between estrogen and progesterone doesn't necessarily mean high estrogen Leads to irregular cycles, no ovulation, endometriosis, pcos. So estrogen's role in fertility it can simulate follicle development in the ovaries. It thickens the uterine lining to prepare for implantation. It supports the cervical mucus production, which makes it easier for the sperm to survive. It works in balance with progesterone's regular menstrual cycle and too much of it, of course, will lead to irregular cycle. Endometriosis will be caused, which pretty much stinkens the uterine lining, making it harder for implantation, making it harder to even carry a baby, making it harder to just overall have your cycle. Um, it also caused no ovulation, fibroids, fibroids and pms, and then too little estrogen will cause poor active omen, thin urine lining and a weak ovulation as well. So you want to have that balance and this is something that I kind of talk a lot.

Speaker 2:

A lot of women out there research blindly their symptoms and they take blindly certain supplements and they don't know if they're doing more damage or if they're lowering it or they're erasing it or whatever. And this is why it's very, very important to not go into it blind. This is why we do in-depth testing, because we need to see what is going on, to properly address it and then retest again. You don't want to just take these supplements forever. You want to kind of just adjust accordingly to where your body is at. Do you want to talk about progesterone?

Speaker 2:

you got it cool. So progesterone is essential, of course, to have a regular menstrual cycle, for implantation and maintaining pregnancy. So progesterone is secreted after ovulation and it supports implantation and pregnancy. It helps maintain the uterine lining. It reduces inflammation. It's also a calming hormone. If it's produced correctly, um, it supports thyroid function, which is also essential for your pregnancy.

Speaker 2:

Low progesterone causes short luteal phase, spotting before periods, early miscarriages and mood swings. Also, when you have high progesterone you can have PCOS, which will make it a lot harder to have a pregnancy. Progesterone is super important when you're pregnant to have proper development of the kid. So I see a lot of clients like before they come to me they've had miscarriages and it's because one they're not being supported correctly during their pregnancy. It's not just taking a prenatal. We want to support your hormones properly so the baby is being developed properly. So a lot of miscarriages can cause because your progesterone was super low and your baby was not actually developing accordingly. So some doctors will kind of prescribe it, um, but uh, sadly a lot of people don't and that's something we kind of support with clients that are going through pregnancy so they don't have a miscarriage and we can actually have a full-term pregnancy yeah, just to touch on estrogen real quick.

Speaker 1:

For the men, uh, if you're estrogen dominant as a male, that means it's going to be converting a lot of your testosterone into said estrogen, and low testosterone leads to guess what? Low sperm count, which leads to dysfunctional sperm, which can assist in a miscarriage. So alcohol use is probably the number one thing that's killing your testosterone, because alcohol is going to literally destroy your testosterone. It's going to increase your stress. Your body sees that as a toxin and the next thing you know you're converting your estrogen, or your testosterone, into estrogen. Then you're storing more fat, so now you even have more estrogen. It's not good, okay. So just when you're pregnant, when you're pregnant, when the wife is pregnant, you know you, like I said earlier, you want to take care of yourself, so you need to cut back on what you're doing as well, or before, before, before your pregnancy. So if you're actually planning out hey, we want to try to get pregnant then you need to change your habits yeah as well.

Speaker 1:

And then you know, have a conversation. Her, she changed her habits because, like, she brought up the prenatal. But okay, cool. But if you're eating like absolute crap and still drinking alcohol, smoking, vaping, whatever the hell you're doing you're literally voiding that prenatal. So you're not even probably getting 50 percent of whatever you're taking in. And then you know you're eating sour patch kids and whatever reese's peanut butter cups every day because you're craving stuff and you're just literally lowering the uh amount of minerals you're absorbing. So both you guys need to have a conversation about changing your habits, because it's a lot easier. Both people are on the train instead of one person, because if one person is doing it, the other one's going to feel guilty and they're going to try to bring you down to go back to fast food or whatever, whatever.

Speaker 2:

So just get on the same page together yeah, it's, it's something that's saw a study, you know. A study is saying that if you want to conceive from a male perspective, they need to stop as early as three months before conception Alcohol use like full alcohol use to prevent so much of the sperm and DNA damage, and that's just like early on. I'm almost positive. It's a lot longer than three months and it's something that a lot of people don't want to do and I get that. But we really do want to think of not only the proper pregnancy but also the potential health of your kid is something that's super important.

Speaker 2:

Kids nowadays are a lot sicker than they used to be and I feel like a lot of people have this perspective. Well, like my dad didn't do this in the past, right, and they kind of just blame it on that. But our whole world is a lot sicker and our whole food system and everything else is affecting us regardless of us taking care of ourselves. So you want to do the most to set your kids up for success, but also your wife during pregnancy. So that is super important.

Speaker 2:

It's not just alcohol usage, but also just taking care of your health. It's not just alcohol usage, but also just taking care of your health you want to go through and help with, like a coach or practitioner or whatever that we can actually help balance out your body. And, you know, detox you and do genetics or whatever it is that you need to do as a male, like we do for females, because it takes two. It's not just getting your sperm and that's it, and I see this happen a lot. It's like a lot of men get this sperm count and if it's low, like they just kind of think like well, you know, like that's it, we're gonna have to go through ivf, when in reality, if you actually start taking care of yourself and doing all the things that a female would do, it's going to make a huge difference.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and I mean. The unfortunate truth is people's kids are born premature, end up in the NICU for weeks or months on ends and they're crying and like, oh my God, my baby is like okay, but did you do everything in your power before your pregnancy?

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So I mean, don't point your finger to the rest of the world unless you're doing everything in your power to make sure your kid is healthy yeah.

Speaker 2:

So let's go into testosterone, testosterone, androgens. Just like it's super important for for males, it's super important for females regardless. So it supports follicle development and egg quality. It enhances libido, of course, and energy levels, but it also affects ovarian reserve and egg quality. So too much affects ovulation will cause acne, hair loss, insulin resistance, which can cause like high inflammation, and then too little will lower ovarian reserve and be caused poor quality egg quality. So, like a lot of women when they have pcos, they kind of blame testosterone as being too high as an issue. But you want to have it balanced. You want to have proper testosterone regardless to have a healthy body and hormones.

Speaker 2:

So thyroid thyroid is something that's not often looked when it comes to fertility treatments. When I see a lot of clients are struggling with fertility and they've gone through doctors, they will do the basic estrogen, progesterone and then lh, fsh, maybe that it. They won't look at thyroid and if they do, it's a basic value, tsh we've talked about it before. Thyroid is huge. During pregnancy I've seen a lot of miscarriages and it's because of their thyroid. So it's something that we have to keep in mind. So thyroid will impact ovulation implantation and will increase miscarriage risk. So if you're hypothyroid, so you're low in thyroid or your thyroid is not converting correctly, it will cause lower progesterone, skipping ovulation, longer cycles and miscarriage. If you're hyper, so your thyroid is too much, just overproducing, or you just have too much of it, it can cause early miscarriages, anxiety loss, heart palpitations.

Speaker 2:

Hachimotos, which is an autoimmune condition linked to lower uh thyroid, of course can be linked to infertility, recurrent miscarriages, poor egg quality, high inflammation is something that's very overlooked. Hashimoto's and we're going to go into gut health in general. Hashimoto's is linked to gut health. We want those things to be balanced and we want to be supporting thyroid, not with medication, with proper supplementation during pregnancy as well. I see a lot of people get put on supplements uh medication during pregnancy, because our thyroid normally will get slower during pregnancy and it causes a huge issue. Also leads to miscarriages during. So you want to support your thyroid properly, not on medication. Insulin resistance you want to talk about that or you want?

Speaker 1:

me you're freaking, killing it okay sounds good.

Speaker 2:

Insulin resistance can cause you to skip ovulation as well, will cause a disruption in ovulation and egg quality. High blood sugar can also damage egg and sperm. So that's something that, again, we don't look at. Doctors will not even look at a glucose a1c insulin value whatsoever. If you're going through fertility treatments, that's something that's important and we kind of like don't don't think about it at all. You it. Insulin regulates ovulation and hormone balance, supports air quality. If it's too high, it will stimulate excess testosterone production. It will cause you to skip ovulation. It will have you have high androgens and poor air quality.

Speaker 2:

Ovulation is key. So a lot of times I don't know if we've talked about birth control. I think we have. Yeah, when you're not on birth control, right, the way to prevent pregnancy is to have proper ovulation and to track it accordingly. So that way, just the ovulation week you have safe sex or you just skip it. In general, whatever it is that you're going through and you're good to go. But if you are skipping ovulation, if it's irregular, if it's like all over the place and whatever, then you won't know and you won't be able to you know conceive regardless. So it's something that's important. Prolactin it's another value that's not looked at um. It suppresses ovulation, reduces fertility. But now we're going to go into gut health. Do you want to add anything?

Speaker 1:

I was going to touch on the uh. What did we? Just insulin yeah, the insulin. So a big issue with a lot of on the front of mouth perspective, a lot of men. They just don't have a lot of muscle, and when you don't have a lot of muscle, it's really hard for your body to dispose of the glucose, and so that obviously is not getting this exposed correctly. And if you have a lot of stress coupled with low muscle, then you're going to become insulin resistant real fast, yeah, and then obviously we just went through the whole muscle, then you're going to become insulin resistant real fast, yeah, and then obviously we just went through the whole spill.

Speaker 1:

If you're insulin resistant, then that's going to lead to damaged sperm. So it really comes down to one as a man, you need to be in a gym training and you need to be building muscle, because muscle is longevity for male and female, because the more muscle you have, obviously the more metabolic active your, your uh, metabolism is going to be, which means you burn more calories at rest. So you're less likely of you gaining too much weight if you're just, you know, uh, eating to to live instead of actually you know, on macros or not. But it's also going to help with disposing of that glucose and that's really one of the biggest important roles for muscle. So just get in the gym, you know, train three days a week, whatever it is. Just try to build some muscle and overall it's going to help reduce your stress, which is a big important factor in having good sperm quality as well yeah, it's also keep in mind.

Speaker 2:

Like you don't want to just eat whatever, like you want to have balanced macros because you want to balance out your blood sugar. You don't want just kind of like an up and down on blood sugar causing insulin resistance yeah, stop eating all the sour patch kids yeah, okay.

Speaker 2:

So gut health, so again something that's doctors don't even don't even consider gut as being an issue for infertility, miscarriages, none of that. And it's sad to see because you know a lot that miscarriages, infertility is such a sensitive topic and it's so heartbreaking for a lot of couples and women, etc. But if we could just fix your gut and fix your hormones, it's like healthy pregnancy all the way. So leaky gut it leads to inflammation, it impacts ovulation implantation, it triggers autoimmune reactions, increases systemic inflammation which disrupts ovarian function, it impairs nutrient absorption and also elevates cortisol, which then causes low progesterone and high estrogen. Dysbiosis plays a role in breakdown of estrogen, causing imbalance. So it causes an improper breakdown of estrogen, causing imbalance and estrogen level.

Speaker 2:

Dysbiosis and overgrowth is similar in a way like this is why I keep saying and will forever say bloat is not normal, regardless. You're not supposed to be bloated first thing in the morning. You're not supposed to be bloated first thing in the morning. You're not supposed to be bloated when you go to bed, yeah, or during your period. You're not supposed to be bloated whatsoever. This is a sign that something is going on. So overgrowth, meaning you have an imbalance in candida, h pylori, parasites. Imbalance in gut microbiome will drive inflammation, autoimmune condition, impact nutrient absorption. An increase in inflammation of course we talked about it will disrupt ovarian function. It will cause nutrient deficiencies. There's no point for you to be taking prenatals if your gut is jacked up because your body will not be absorbing any of those, doesn't matter how high quality, it is nothing. You want to have proper nutrients being absorbed so you can properly feed your kid. Um, it increases endotoxins, which triggers immune activation, alters vaginal pH, which will impair egg quality, but also can kill off the sperm and it weakens the immune system. And then we go into OID. Oid is overactive immune disorder disease, whatever you want to call it, something that it's not looked at at all.

Speaker 2:

Also, you want your immune system to be in top health. Apart from your gut, health to be cold. Apart from your yes, apart from your hormones. You want your immune system to be chill and calm and balanced, because it will be perceived as your body is not healthy. It's attacking itself and therefore it cannot carry a baby to term. It will be attacking that baby regardless. That's not something you want. So chronic inflammation will disrupt ovulation, damage equality, impairing implantation. It can also trigger immune response, seeing the cervical mucus as hostile, which can cause implantation failure, early miscarriages, it will lower progesterone and it will increase blood clotting issues.

Speaker 2:

This is something, again, a lot of people don't think about it unless you have, like a prior autoimmune disorder, like this diagnosis. No one thinks about the immune system whatsoever and if they do, they just tell you like take vitamin d3 and that's it, like it's. It's not something that we want to overlook, because if your body is attacking itself, the last thing it wants to do is carry a baby, which is, you know, like that's. We want to think about it as common sense, but for some reason, people do not and doctors do not, and it's. It's very sad because it's something that we could have just easily fixed in a way. Do you want to talk about like conventional approach?

Speaker 1:

I've talked about it a little bit, but conventional doctors do versus what we do well, I mean, conventional doctors are going to do your standard uh blood work, which is literally the bare minimum, and, like we do here, we get the full scale picture and then, if we even need, if we even need more labs, the thing is we can just add on exactly what we need. The doctor is not going to do that, they're just going to go off of what they've been taught. Yeah, order that. Whatever insurance is going to let them order is what they're going to order. Yeah, so that's a lot of the red tape that you run into with going to the doctor. But when we go through a third party here, we can order whatever labs we want. We can get your blood, we can get your dutch.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, we can get it all so that's what we do when it comes to blood work and we actually focus like we I don't know we've been the dead horse a billion times by now but we focus on the root cause of the issue here instead of just trying to attack one symptom. So you go into the doctors and you're like, oh well, I got gas. What are they going to probably prescribe to you?

Speaker 1:

Something to relieve gas instead of actually addressing the root cause of, okay, what's causing your gas? And then we go in there with the blood work and we're like, oh look, you have SIBO small intestinal bacterial overgrowth and that, okay, what's causing your gas? And then we go in there with the blood work and we're like, oh look, you have SIBO small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, and that's what's causing your gas. So once again, they're going to do the bare minimum. We're going to be motherfucking Sherlock Holmes and we're going to get up in there and figure out what's actually, because that's what needs to happen, and they like to use a lot of medication instead of actually lifestyle changes and with supplementation.

Yeah.

And sometimes medication is warranted. But we want to do what is it? We want to go reverse, because you can always add more. So we start with the supplementation and if that's not working and we have to go deeper, okay, then we can add our medication. But if you start with medication, you're doing more, you could potentially be doing more damage, and then you try to slip the supplementation. But you already do too much and they give you one standard protocol for whatever your issue is. So if you have, say, constipation, they're going to say OK, miralax two times a day, boom, that's it With us. We're going to give you multiple ways that you can help with your constipation. We can say, hey, ok, take magnesium citrate until it's runny. Or here, try this supplementation three times a day.

Speaker 2:

It just depends on what it's causing.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's literally customized to what's causing your issue to begin with.

It's how we're going to address the issue.

And then, instead of having to wait you know four, five, six months for another doctor's appointment, you can literally just text us and be like, hey, my body's doing this. I'm like okay, we'll hop on a call, or we can just text you and be like, okay, this is what we need to change. You ain't gonna get that with your doctor.

And, like I already said, they rarely look at the root cause of anybody's issues, now or female. So when you go in there and you're saying you're feeling some type of way, they're going to just diagnose you with X, y, z, but they're not going to dig into your actual history to get further clues about what could be causing the problem, and nine times out of 10, they're just going to prescribe you a medication for whatever the issue is. So say you're sick with a. What's that one thing that everybody gets? Strap, yeah, say you're sick with a. What's that one thing that everybody gets?

Strep.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, Say you're sick with strep, they're just going to get all right antibiotics. Yeah, Take these for however long and boom, Like I said, with us. Okay, how do we fight streptococcus? What is streptococcus?

Speaker 2:

What are you talking about? Like a little bit of bacteria. Yeah, what are you talking about like a little bit bacteria?

Speaker 1:

yeah, and we go through antimicrobials like natural, so it doesn't like cause your body to be used to antibiotics exactly actually you know, but also address, like your immune system as well because if you drop an antibody, you know what happens we're killing everything. Yeah, and that's not what we want, because then you just start the imbalance all over again.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, or your body gets used to it and then you form new strands of bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics yeah, maybe I'll focus on age so, again, like what we talked about women like, if you fall under a certain age range, they're just gonna be like, oh well, like chances are low whatever you're gonna have to do IVF. But in reality, if we can address the root cause, it's gonna be a huge. It's gonna be very important because it's not so much about age, it's just because your body is going through changes and if we can undo those changes then it's fine. So that's literally what conventional does. It's just limited. We do all the testing, we do all the protocols based on what those tests are looking like, what your lifestyle is looking at, what your body needs and what your male partner needs.

Speaker 2:

We always want to see both parties, if you want the most successful pregnancy, but also most successful healthy kid as well. Um, so, yes, it's not only hormones, it's a whole body approach. We want to see gut hormones, inflammation, immune system, everything, thyroid, everything like that. Um, yeah, that's exactly why a lot of people go through IVF and they go through multiple rounds. They get all the hormones done and all this other stuff and they still fail. They go, they pay so much, et cetera. So like, yes, I'm I'm happy that you know they're trying to lower the cost of ibf. But I feel like, if you're not, you know, working with us a practitioner in general that will actually fix your body, like we could just easily save you all that heartbreak, all that money, all that time, when we could just easily fix your body and have you conceive properly but outside of the people who actually need IVF.

Speaker 1:

Okay, I'm talking to all the people who are the same people who always try to take a quick, fast route because they don't want to do the hard work necessary. If you're telling me you want to do IVF, you're telling me that you don't want to work on living a healthier lifestyle in order to improve your ability to conceive either party. So why not just become healthier overall? Not only does it benefit you, it also benefits your child. But instead you're opting for IVF because you believe you are incapable of conceiving. So you have to go through IVF when in reality you don't know you're incapable because you haven't done everything in your power to see if you are capable. So I would much rather you take the time to go through a program like ours and go through a six you know 12 month year and give yourself the time to actually build into a healthier body, and then you can conceive naturally and pass on all of the work you just did to your child. Isn't that better than going through IVF and then passing along all the freaking bad genetics that you've stored up over the time to your child? Because, at the end of the day, if you go through IVF without doing any lifestyle work or improving your lifestyle at all, your kid is getting those genetics. And guess what you're doing for them? You're setting them up for failure in the future. Because, like I said earlier, setting them up for failure in the future Because, like I said earlier, the healthier you are, the more pressure it takes to pull the trigger and if you're not healthy, it doesn't take as much to pull that trigger. So if they come out predisposed to diabetes, obesity, autoimmune diseases or whatnot, and they're in an environment that's not facilitating health, they can literally get diseases from all over the place, just because they came out of the womb with a very unhealthy immune system. So take the time to improve your life so you can improve the life of your child when they're finally born and it gives them a better fighting chance against disease when they're infants and it's going to help them in the long run because now they're going to be better off fighting obesity, fighting whatever metabolic disease that they could possibly get, and you're going to have the habits to actually be like okay, my kids not gonna be eating sour patch kids and baconators and giving them all this crap so they're gonna be healthier in the long run. So y'all all like to say, well, I'm doing it for my child, okay, so let's be serious about it and do it. Born child, yeah.

So, like we said, there's a very distinct difference between a doctor and us. The biggest difference is we have the ability to literally adapt on the fly. We can implement changes in your life the same day. You tell us about them with your doctor. You're not getting that. You gotta go into the office, you gotta pay the code fee, you gotta wait for the appointment, you gotta get the appointment and then they're gonna give you oh, take this, come back and see us in three months. That didn't work now. Now you've done more damage. Now you got to go back in there, tell them that didn't work. Okay, well, let's just up the dose. Then you do that for another three months and that's not working. Do you see the issue there? So if you're serious about having a child, you need to work with somebody who's going to be able to give you that same level of intensity.
