Show Notes

Do you find yourself making it through the day doing great, sticking to eating healthy, only to find yourself at the end of the day indulging in the ice cream or chocolate cake and then feeling bad about all that you ate? You beat yourself over failing yet again, feeling like you have no control over the food?

Well, turning to the ice cream or cake is just your way of coping with all that happened in your day, so know that there is nothing wrong with you!

Turning to food is the coping mechanism that keeps you from losing weight.

A coping mechanism is defined as "something a person does to deal with a difficult situation."

🔥 In this week's podcast, I will talk about the two problems with what you are doing, and then I will show you how to make decisions on what you are going to eat from an empowered place so you can end the guilt and shame.

It is easy and doable but not what you might think!

In this week's episode, you'll learn:

✔️ Coping mechanisms what are they.

✔️ The two problems going on with you using food to cope

✔️ How do you end the guilt and shame by owning your decision to eat so that you can start to end the overeating that sabotages your weight loss.
