This episode we talk through a comical recap of the Spartan Race in Asheville, North Carolina in early August. The "Super" Race offers 6 plus miles of running intermingled with approximately 30 obstacles and physical challenges. Spartan race veterans John Lugar and Jim McFadyen spearheaded the trip, while first time participants and proud finishers John Mish and Josh Myers jumped right in.
