Adapto-WHAT?
Many people may not know about adaptogens. They are supplements that adapt to what you need. We most often think of them in relation to managing stress. Taking adaptogens, such as Holy Basil, Rhodiola and Ashwagandha help your body manage stress. They can give you energy when you are lagging, improve your mental acuity and most of all, help calm your nervous system. Don't worry, these aren't what your grandmother called "nerve pills". Adaptogens are made from herbs and plants found in nature that have a therapeutic effect. No "drugs" here.
