Have you tried meditation but didn't stick with it because you weren't good at it? SAME! I tried so many times to start a meditation practice and "failed" every time because I could NOT. STOP. THINKING. It was super frustrating, because I knew the list of health benefits from meditation was endless - but still, I couldn't seem to do it!
