Realigning Your Life: Finding Your Way Back to Flow

Mindy Duff Season 8 Episode 91

Alignment isn't just a buzzword—it's that elusive feeling when life flows effortlessly and you're energized by your path rather than drained by it. When was the last time you truly felt that way?

In this deeply personal episode, I share my own recent struggles with misalignment and why I took a break from podcasting. Whether you're feeling stuck, unmotivated, or just "off" without knowing why, your body and spirit are sending you messages worth paying attention to.

We dive into the specific signs that appear when you're out of alignment—from the mental-emotional symptoms like procrastination and anxiety to the spiritual disconnection that leaves you questioning your purpose. Most importantly, I explain how these emotional states inevitably manifest in your physical body through fatigue, pain, and disrupted sleep patterns.

Rather than just identifying the problem, I offer practical, actionable tools for each type of misalignment. Learn how decluttering one small space can energetically reset your entire outlook, how tapping techniques can rewire negative self-talk, and why a simple five-minute body scan might unlock emotions you've stored for decades (including a powerful personal story about my own unexpected emotional release after 20 years).

The beauty of realignment is that it doesn't require massive life overhauls—just small, consistent steps that create momentum. Your natural state is one of flow and purpose. If you're feeling anything less than that right now, this episode will guide you back to yourself with compassion, clarity, and concrete practices to implement today.

Ready to rediscover what alignment feels like? Your journey back to flow starts here.

Speaker 1:

Hey, everyone, and welcome back to Uplevel your Life with Mindy. I am your host, mindy Duff, and I have got a fun episode for you guys today. Today, I'm going to be talking all about alignment. This is, I don't know just a super important topic. The more I live, the more I think it's important, the more I see it's important and the more I see it in my own life. If you're someone who follows this podcast in real time, so to speak, you'll know that I haven't released a podcast episode for a while, and part of the reason for that is because I myself have been out of alignment. So, hey, and you know what that's. It happens, it happens to everybody. Life gets in the way and that's just part of being a human and kind of learning and growing. So this episode, hopefully, is going to speak to you. I hope everyone that's listening because, again, it's something we just experience as being part of a human. So what I'm getting at here is if you're a person that has been feeling stuck or disconnected, if you feel like you're not in flow, then this is an episode for you. I'm going to walk you through some key signs that you are out of alignment and then I'm going to give you some actionable tools to realign your mind, your body and your spirit. I am huge on what do we do about it. Okay, this is how we identify something, but now let's fix it. Let's not be like this anymore. So hopefully you'll find some good takeaways here. So before I can tell you how to fix everything, let's talk about what being out of alignment looks like. So I've got this broken down into some different categories. They're going to overlap a little bit because that's your life. Your life overlaps right. But we're going to start with mental and emotional signs.

Speaker 1:

So here, if you're out of alignment, you might be feeling stuck or unmotivated. Tasks or things that used to excite you now feel like a chore. You don't have that spark and want to jump out of bed the next day, kind of a thing. You lack clarity on what to do next. Maybe you're in constant overwhelm or anxiety. You have this never ending to-do list and you don't know where to start. Hey, spoiler, spoiler alert. Um, you will never complete all the things on your to-do list. That's just part of being human. You are going to die and there's going to be so many things left on there that you never got to, and that's just. That's what it is. But we let these to-do lists some of us let them kind of rule our life and our mood and we get anxious about oh, I've got so much to do and I'm never going to get to it, and I don't even know, can't even prioritize sometimes, because there's so much to do and I'm never going to get to it and I don't even know, can't even prioritize sometimes because there's so much to do. So that's a big clue that you are out of alignment. You might also be experiencing some negative self-talk and some doubt, like you're second guessing yourself. You are overanalyzing decisions. Maybe you feel like you're not good enough, you shouldn't even be allowed to make these decisions, or what have you? Maybe you're asking for a lot of people's opinions, or you just feel, maybe, that it doesn't even matter what I choose, it's probably going to be the wrong thing, right? So that's a sign that you're out of alignment.

Speaker 1:

You might be experiencing mood swings or emotional numbness. Maybe you feel like your emotions are just all over the place. One minute you're actually feeling kind of good. The next minute you're, you know, sobbing or whatever. Maybe you're just really angry and you thought you were okay, but then the smallest little thing that your partner does and you just snap at them for it and you're like whoa, that come from? You're out of alignment, clearly. Or maybe you don't even feel the swings. Maybe you just feel completely detached and almost emotionless. You're just getting up every day, going through the motions. Maybe it kind of feels like groundhog day to you. Every day is the same and you're just kind of numb to it. You just get up and do it all again the next day and then there's the burnout or chronic stress. So maybe you feel exhausted, uninspired, like you're running on autopilot. You're drained by the end of every day. So those are just a few mental and emotional signs that you're out of alignment. Again, human, you may not experience all of them, but even if you experience one of them just one, but it's pretty strong that's an indication that there's something here that needs to be looked at.

Speaker 1:

Let's talk about some spiritual signs. So I've talked before about intuition and how important our intuition is. Everybody has an intuition. You've experienced it before. Probably you're using it on the daily. You don't even know it. Get to do this thing right. Kind of comes the thought that comes out of nowhere and nudges you in a certain direction. So if you're disconnected from that, you're definitely out of alignment.

Speaker 1:

So you might be feeling uncertain about things, lost. Or maybe you're someone that used to rely pretty heavily on your intuition and you feel like you just can't hear it anymore. I mean, you feel like you aren't being guided by anything. You're just kind of floating around in this big ocean of I don't know what and just aimlessly going around without any real true guidance. You might be feeling a lack of joy and passion.

Speaker 1:

Now we hear about some of these things when we talk about depression, and I just want to point out that you very well could be experiencing some form of depression, but sometimes that feels too strong of a word, too heavy, like, oh, I'm not feeling that bad, I'm not in a depression, but that doesn't mean that you don't still have some of these same symptoms, that kind of overlap with what we hear about depression. So you maybe have heard, you know people who can't they don't find joy in the same activities they used to, right. So if that's you, that doesn't necessarily mean you're clinically depressed, but you're definitely out of alignment. And I feel this is me talking. I'm not a psychiatrist, psychologist, physician or anything but I feel like if you are out of alignment long enough, that does manifest itself into some form of depression If you're, if you don't address it Right.

Speaker 1:

So again, lack of joy and passion and lack of joy and passion things that you used to love You're just not even excited about doing them anymore. Maybe you feel unfulfilled, even though you quote, have it all. I know I've gone through this before where, if I write down on paper everything I've got going in my life, honestly it's pretty amazing. I'm so blessed with so many things. You could probably do the same thing. Maybe your finances are great, or maybe your finances aren't perfect, but you still have food in your belly and a roof over your head and heat in the winter, right, maybe you have not a thousand good friends, but you've got a couple really great friends. Maybe your family has always been very supportive of you. I bet if you really sat down you could find a few things that are not things that everyone has, that you're really blessed to have.

Speaker 1:

However, sometimes we have that we have, we can look at it on paper, but we still don't feel great. And then that you almost feel worse, you almost feel guilty that, oh my goodness, I have all these things going for me. Why don't I feel better about life? And then you feel like, oh my God. And then you put more guilt on yourself, you feel even worse because, well, I should and you should all over yourself, right, I should feel better because I do have good friends and I do have a great job or whatever it is for you. But you just, for whatever reason, something feels off and that something that feels off that's not, that's not made up. That's your yourself, your soul, speaking to you saying that, hey, this isn't right. Yeah, those things are great and it's so important to have gratitude for those things, but something's not right. There's more. There's more to be had, there's more to be experienced.

Speaker 1:

I'm not talking about material things here. I'm talking about something in your life needs to shift, because you are meant to be feeling differently. If you're feeling just unfulfilled, you also might be finding that you're resisting change or growth. Maybe you know what's in your life that needs to change. That happens sometimes, where you know sometimes we're just like man something's wrong. I don't know what it is, I just don't feel right, things feel off. Other times you know exactly what it is. You know this specific thing in your life that needs to change. Maybe it's a relationship, maybe it's a job. Who knows what? You know it needs to shift, but fear is keeping you stuck. So you're, you're just choosing to keep experiencing the same thing because you're too afraid of. Well, I know this isn't great, but I don't know what life's like on the other side of that. So I do know what life's like here and I'm clearly surviving. Maybe I don't like what life's like on the other side of that. So I do know what life's like here and I'm clearly surviving. Maybe I don't like it, but I'm surviving. And what if it's worse if I quit my job? What if it's worse if I break up with that person? What if it's worse? Right, so you just kind of keep on keeping on.

Speaker 1:

But when you're resisting that change, resisting that growth, that is a sign that you're out of alignment. And resisting that growth, that is a sign that you're out of alignment. And then these kind of sometimes go together. I think you start noticing more synchronicities but you ignore them. So the universe I believe the universe is always talking to us, always communicating with us, if you're willing to pay attention, always sending you signs and signals kind of nudging you along a path, and maybe you're seeing them, maybe you're getting those signs from the universe, but you're not taking them up on it, you're brushing them off, you're feeling kind of unsure on how to act on them. That is a sign that you are out of alignment.

Speaker 1:

So let's talk about some physical signs now. So some of you might know I have a background as a holistic health and nutrition coach and emotional things will almost always manifest into the physical body if you don't deal with them. Okay, that's where we get these chronic pains. Like people think that it's just age that gives you. You know, oh, my back hurts now because I'm old Sort of, but that's not always a guarantee. There's nothing that's written in stone that says well, once you hit a certain age, you just have to have pain now because your body's wearing out to a slight degree, sure, to a slight degree, sure. However, we have all of these years of experience of emotional issues that we're holding on to and not dealing with, and they just build up. Everything is energy, including these emotions, and they get stored in your body. If that sounds made up to you, it does sound made up. It sounds made up to me that emotions and experiences can be stored in your body. But that's probably one of the most scientifically researched things that I've ever shared on this podcast. I'm not going to go into it today. I know I've talked about it on other episodes. Check out my acupuncture episode. That's kind of an earlier one and I talk about a personal experience I had with my body releasing some things, and I know it's just a thing and it happens. So if we don't deal with these, we're going to have some pain.

Speaker 1:

So here's what being out of alignment can look like to your physical body. Initially you could have fatigue or just low energy. No matter how much you rest, you still feel drained. You wake up in the morning you're like man I got so much sleep last night, but how come I'm still just exhausted, or you know it does. The end of the day you just can't even do anything but lay on the couch and watch Netflix or whatever it is, because you just don't have the energy to get up and do anything. You might have those random aches and pains or tension Everybody holds on to stress in a different way but your body will hold on to that stress and it will manifest as headaches, yeah, back pain, stomach issues, you name it. It's, that's, it's gonna matter. Some people tend to have more like chronic neck pain. I have chronic back pain, Sometimes I do, and then sometimes, surprise, surprise, I don't. And that depends, I think, more on my emotions and what I'm holding on to versus what I've been doing physically.

Speaker 1:

Maybe you have restless sleep or insomnia. You can't fully relax or recharge. Maybe you're waking up at night. Everybody wakes up a bunch of times at night and you probably don't even remember it. That part's normal. But if you're waking up and you're spending more than five minutes total awake at night, that's too much. You're not meant, your body's not meant to do that. So if you're somebody that wakes up and you're like, oh man, I can't get back to sleep, you've got something going on. So that's worth taking a look at.

Speaker 1:

Somehow you are not in alignment fully. So maybe you have some changes in your appetite. Maybe you're eating way more than you used to be. Maybe you're craving those comfort foods and man, I just can't stop eating mac and cheese or ice cream or carbs or whatever it is. Or maybe you're not hungry anymore. Maybe you find that you eat just a little tiny bit and like that's, that's it. That's a sign that you're out of alignment. And finally, feeling heavy or sluggish, like your body is just resisting movement, or you're just carrying this weight. You are carrying a weight. It's an emotional weight that you're carrying. Those are all signs, physical signs, that you could be out of alignment.

Speaker 1:

And now let's talk about some just general life signs that you're out of alignment. Here's my favorite procrastination and indecision. Oh, raise your hand. I have to raise mine. I am so good at procrastinating. You put off important tasks or can't seem to make a clear decision.

Speaker 1:

If that's you, you are not in alignment. You know when we talk about being guided by our intuition. You're not going to procrastinate and you're not going to be indecisive because you're just going to know. You'll just kind of have this inner knowing that, oh, this is the right thing for me. Maybe you're feeling out of flow. You know life should be a downhill or a downstream. You know kind of activity. I guess. If you want to call life an activity, that doesn't mean that it is always. Sure we're human and we're having a human experience and that's great.

Speaker 1:

But when you just feel like everything is a struggle, you're like constantly, feel like you're swimming upstream, then that yeah, you're not in alignment. Maybe you've noticed that you are attracting more negative situations or more negative people. You notice more conflict, more misunderstandings, energy draining relationships. More people are coming around you and just like kind of complaining. Maybe they're dragging you into it. That's a sign that you are out of alignment. You're kind of at the wrong vibration there. So, yeah, and maybe you feel disconnected from your purpose. Some people don't ever stop and really think about that, but if you spend five minutes reflecting, you might be thinking why am I even doing this? Why am I even, what am I doing here? What's my, what's the point of life you feel uninspired by your current, your current path, the current direction that you're going. If you don't feel a purpose in what you're doing, it's going to be really hard to get out of bed in the morning and go do it.

Speaker 1:

And I'm not trying to suggest that everyone needs to have some kind of career where they're, you know, just changing the lives of the masses. That's, that's not for everyone. I mean, if that's for you, great, go do it. But you can even look at, you know, something as small as being a janitor in a small office building where you don't even interact with people, but you can find a purpose in that. Now, that might not be your specific purpose, but I mean, if I've heard stories before, you probably have two of people that that was their job and they did feel a sense of purpose because, because they were able to use their cleaning skills so well, that meant that the people in that office building didn't have to and didn't have to take time away from their zone of genius and they can get their you know work done and help other people, etc. Etc. So there's always a way to spin it. Unless it's not for you, unless you're doing something that's completely not what you're meant to be doing. So that's something that's.

Speaker 1:

That's a you thing you need to reflect on. Do I feel? Am I just not looking at it in the right way, or is this really just not for me and I need to be doing something else? And then your environment. We are affected by our surroundings. As I sit here in my messy basement oh my gosh and do this podcast episode hey, the upstairs is pretty clean, but the basement that's on my to-do list for sure your environment feels cluttered or chaotic. That's going to have a direct impact on you and your energy. Your space reflects your energy. And if you're living and I'm not just talking about, oh, I've got that one closet or a chunk of the basement If your environment, where you spend most of your time, if it's disorganized, if it feels messy or stagnant, then you also are going to feel kind of that way.

Speaker 1:

So a fun little thing that you might try, an easy one that I'm kind of getting ahead of myself. I'm going to share it anyway. So I don't forget, if you are kind of feeling a little stuck and you don't maybe know why and you don't know what to do, and you just feel, oh, go, declutter a little bit. It does not have to be the whole house, it could be one drawer in your kitchen, does not matter, or you could do, come, do my basement, um, and when you do that, that cleaning and that getting rid of stuff, that's somehow I I'm not sure why this works, but it does You've, energetically, you've created more space. So now, energetically, you're inviting space for something. You can invite something more positive to come into that space. I don't mean more material things, I just mean more, more positivity in your life.

Speaker 1:

I know that when I have cleaned my and decluttered my physical space, that things have shifted just in my life that were not related necessarily to the fact that I cleaned out that closet, but just different things kind of came my way into my, into my just general life. So that's just something to try. So let's talk about some more ways that you can start to shift this energy and again, like, just want, sometimes the tiniest little shifts will get the ball going in the right direction. So, like I mentioned, maybe a small thing is just clearing out. Just don't make it an overwhelming thing. Clear out a desk drawer or clear out whatever. Clean, declutter one little area, start there. See how that feels.

Speaker 1:

Let's say, your biggest issue is you just have no energy, no motivation. When you're aligned, you feel energized and ready to move forward, but when things are off, it's like the smallest little tasks just, they feel like a chore. So here's what you can try Start really small. I know I like to think I want to go big on stuff and then it never works. So always start small and then let that have momentum and build it. So all you need to do is take one simple action that requires a little energy. Okay, so maybe that's a five minute walk. Sometimes I think I don't have the energy to go work out, but then I tell myself, well, I'll just do a little tiny workout or I'll just go on a short walk, and once I get going, I feel actually energized by that movement. So I mean always, always, listen to your body. But sometimes you need to just get up and do a little set a timer, say nope, I'm only going to do it for this short amount of time, but then, if you feel good, let yourself keep going. So, yeah, it could be physical movement, it could be a short journaling session, whatever feels right to you in that moment.

Speaker 1:

Let's say that your biggest issue is feeling overwhelmed or stuck Again. Being overwhelmed is a huge sign that things are not in alignment. So you feel like maybe you have so many things to do, but you don't even know where you're supposed to focus, because everything feels like it needs to be like taken care of yesterday, probably. So here's your tip Prioritize, and that's not always easy to do. Take a few minutes, though, and write down everything that's on your mind, and then pick the one that you're the most drawn to right now. If you are someone that is not afraid of chat GPT, I highly recommend this.

Speaker 1:

I started doing this. I can't tell you how it's going because I haven't been doing it long enough but I had, within my, my own work. I have so many different projects that I want to work on, and I feel like I get scattered, like one day I want to work on this and then the next day I go over here and work on this, and then, like I never go back to the other and, oh, it's hard to finish things, and so I typed up a document that listed out my, my projects, kind of the things that I need to get done and kind of what I guess the priority level. Well, maybe I didn't even really prioritize them. I just said this is these are the things that I kind of want to do and my goals with each project. And then I gave it to chat GPT and I said, okay, this is what I need to be working on. Can you every day tell me, do this today, and then I'll do it, and then I'll tell you when I've done it, and then the next day you can tell me what I do that day, right? So if you really struggle with prioritizing, use AI. I mean, it's there, it's free. You might as well give it a try and then you can tweak it however works best for you.

Speaker 1:

If one of your main being out of alignment signs is negative self-talk or doubting yourself, this tip is for you. So when you're aligned, you trust your abilities. But if you're in a place of doubt, then that's when you're second guessing everything. You're reading all the of doubt. Then that's when you're second guessing everything. You're reading all the Amazon reviews, etc. So your tip is to shift your thoughts.

Speaker 1:

So write down a positive affirmation that you can refer to when self-doubt creeps in. So maybe you just don't trust yourself. You're like, oh, I just I can't trust myself, I don't think I'm going to make the right choice. So then you write the opposite of that. I trust myself to take aligned action, bothering you or things that like, oh, I can't do this or I'm bad at that and this doesn't work out, et cetera, et cetera.

Speaker 1:

Write them down on a piece of paper and then, for each statement that you write again, write the flip side of it and then you can look into EFT, the emotional freedom technique, or some people just call it tapping and then tap in those positive affirmations, because sometimes just saying positive affirmations isn't enough. Some people have success with it and that's great. But if you're finding that you're like I have used affirmations, they don't work for me. Part of that is a scientific reason. I'm not going to get into it. It has to do with your amygdala in your brain wanting to keep you safe. But when you do the tapping, the EFT, and you're saying these affirmations or thinking them to yourself in your head, it's the tapping action calms down your amygdala so that then you can just kind of absorb these affirmations a little bit more easily.

Speaker 1:

So something to try if you are someone that's doing a lot of negative self-talk or you're just doubting yourself all the time talk, or you're just doubting yourself all the time. If you are a person who feels disconnected from your intuition, again, your intuition guides you when you're in flow, but when you are out of alignment it can feel like that inner voice is getting drowned out. Your intuition does not shout ever. It whispers always, and if we're not in a habit of being quiet and getting still and listening to it, you're you'll never hear it. It's there, it's always there, we're just not hearing it. So your tip is to practice getting still.

Speaker 1:

So sit quietly. You don't have to meditate. Hey, if you are someone who does have a meditation practice, perfect, keep doing that. Or if you've gotten away from it, pick it back up again. If you're someone that says I can't meditate or it just doesn't work for me, or you have some you know you don't like, you feel like it's against your religion or something I don't know, you don't have to quote unquote meditate.

Speaker 1:

You can just sit quietly, close your eyes, put your hands on your heart if you want to, and just ask yourself you know, what does my heart need right now? And the first few times if you're super disconnected, the first few times you may hear crickets, honestly, but keep at it. And it shouldn't take too many days of being consistent and showing up for yourself and really kind of getting in a quiet space and asking yourself what does my heart need right now? And then trust whatever answer comes up. Trust whatever comes up. It might be something as simple as rest. You might just hear one word rest. I need more rest. And then you might realize, oh my gosh, I have been running like a chicken with my head cut off. No wonder, and maybe you really did just need a little more time to yourself. So again, that's something for if you feel disconnected from your intuition.

Speaker 1:

And then, finally, if your main problem is your physical symptoms, you know you're just, everything's great, but I just feel off and I'm having these headaches all the time. Or I have a lot of neck pain, or you know I got a migraine, or my back hurts. Whatever it is, your body holds wisdom. There's a wonderful book out there that's gained a lot of popularity I'm so glad in the last couple of years. It's called the body keeps the score, and if you're into this kind of stuff, oh my gosh, it's such a great book, but it's just like what we were talking about earlier, about your body holding on to all of these different memories and emotions and whatever that haven't been dealt with.

Speaker 1:

Maybe you were in this, maybe something happened to you and gosh, I'll just briefly tell this story. I wasn't planning on this, but this happened to me just the other day. I was in my bathroom and I had been watching the um oh the TV series or the Netflix show, um love on the spectrum. A new series came out. I don't know if you watched that show or not. I absolutely adore it and I was watching it and I was reflecting on I had been watching it, I was reflecting on how sweet it adults and at a whole thing I was interviewing for an internship. I was out in California.

Speaker 1:

A small thing happened and in that moment, when I was having this event happen, I was in front of. I was what I'm going to say. I guess maybe embarrassed would be a word that doesn't seem quite right, but we'll go with embarrassed, but I had to like kind of hold it together, right? So I'm out here, I'm away from, far away from home, never been away from home by myself before. I'm like 22 years old, maybe 21, 22.

Speaker 1:

And I had this embarrassing thing, but I got to like hold it together, cause I'm like at an interview and around all these people, whatever, anyway, and so I held it together, but I was very, I felt very bad about this thing. That had happened, like offended kind of offended, embarrassed, whatever. But I had to hold it together and then, like the day went on and I kind of forgot about it, sort of Um, never truly forgot about it, though, because 20 some years later I, after watching that show, I was my mind went back to that, that event that happened, and I just burst into tears and I was like what the heck is wrong with me? Like I hadn't thought, like I remembered it happening. But this is not something I remembered. I haven't been thinking about it, I guess I'll put it that way. I hadn't been thinking about it for 20 years. I probably honestly hadn't thought about it since the day it happened, because I just went on with my life.

Speaker 1:

But in that moment, something happened that made me want to cry and I couldn't. I felt like I couldn't, so I smushed it Right, and then, 20 years later, it popped back up. I cried, felt weird, but I cried, felt way better and was like, hmm, that was weird, right, um, but it's not weird because your body holds onto things and clearly, um, it was time for my body to release that. It felt like, hey, we can let this go Now we're in a safe place. This happened a long time ago. We can get over it, and I did, and I am over it and it's great.

Speaker 1:

But your body does that. That's a real thing. Your body will speak to you through physical discomfort, whether it's fatigue, headaches, restlessness, whatever. So pay attention to to your body. So your tip is to take a moment for a quick body scan, check in with each body part, see how it's feeling and then do a quick breathing exercise to release tension. So I, when this happened for me, I was like, okay, I was pretty aware of what was happening. So I'm like, how can I help release this? So I did a little breath work on my own. That doesn't have to be fancy, that can just be like inhale for four, hold it for like box breathing, hold it for four, out for four, hold for four or in for four, out for eight, in for four, out for eight, whatever feels right for you in that moment. And then, after I did the breath work for a few minutes, I did some tapping and then I felt great actually, and then I meditated and went to bed and life went on.

Speaker 1:

But definitely, definitely, pay attention to if your body is reacting, is talking to you about some things Sometimes. It's one of the things I love about breathwork is that you don't have to know what's coming up. Sometimes you'll know, sometimes you won't, but if you do this breathwork you can kind of help your body release some of this pent up energy. So I have an episode on that too, if you're curious about it. All right, in conclusion, you, my friends, do not have to stay stuck. It's part of being human. If you recognize it, that's like half the battle, right.

So, realigning with yourself it's a process, but every little, teeny, tiny step that you take forward makes a big, huge difference of time. And think about which of these signs resonated with you the most. And then go back and you know, maybe listen to it like on high, fast speed or something, and go back and catch some of those tips that I shared. And boy, there's so many more tips If you can kind of pinpoint the area, if you're like, yep, physical stuff, that's where I'm seeing it, or, oh, intuition, that's where I'm seeing it. You are certainly welcome to Google some more solutions on what to do. If you can kind of pinpoint, you know your trigger area, that's a great place to start. But then start taking action. What's one small thing that you can do to start realigning? And again, you're just trying to build momentum. So you do one little tiny thing for a while and then the next step is going to reveal itself.

Speaker 1:

Now, when you are in alignment, life should feel expansive, life feels energizing, it feels almost effortless. You're not meant to live in this stuck, drained, disconnected feeling forever. In fact, you're never really meant to live that way. We just we have free will as humans. We can make different choices and sometimes that's where our different choices lead us. But there's always a way to get yourself back to that expansive, energizing, effortless feeling. So I hope that you found this episode beneficial.
