Research suggests that experiences of awe can help quiet the busy mind, reduce stress, expand our perspective, and deepen our sense of connection and wellbeing. I hope that you’ll be able to experience that for yourself.
So find a comfortable position, allow yourself to settle, and give yourself permission to let go of whatever can wait until later.
