As you watch the soft, steady flame and the warm wax slowly melting, you’ll discover how easily the body and mind can begin to let go of tension, soften, and settle into a deeper state of calm.
There is nothing you need to achieve during this session. No right way to relax. No pressure to feel a certain way.
Simply allow yourself to listen, follow along in whatever way feels natural to you, and give yourself permission to unwind.
So find a comfortable position where you can remain undisturbed for the next few minutes. Allow your body to settle. Take a slow, easy breath in… and a gentle breath out…
