The third episode in the Falling Asleep By series. πŸ¦‹

It is golden hour. The sun is low and warm and amber, turning everything it touches into something softer, something gentler, something that feels already halfway between waking and dreaming.

You are lying on a light blanket in a meadow. Long grass all around you. Soft pastel flowers, pale lavender, creamy white, blush pink, gentle lilac, their velvety petals catching the last warmth of the day.

And somewhere nearby, an iridescent blue butterfly. πŸ¦‹ Moving from flower to flower. Coming closer as you become still. πŸ¦‹

This meditation is for anyone who needs the gentleness of a summer evening to finally let go of the day. There is nothing to do except lie here, feel the softness around you, and become still enough for something beautiful to find you.
