Hidden Stressors
At the root of an imbalance is some type of compensation by the body triggered by a stressor.
On today's episode we discuss "hidden stressors" and how they may manifest in your biofeedback. First we reviewed what stressors could be. Stress isn't limited to emotional factors, and there are many things in our lives that are positive that our bodies still perceive as stress. We discussed what some of these things might be, ways your body lets you know stress is too high and of course: how to start lowering that proverbial stress bucket.
