Tim’s journey through life is a great example of how he followed his passions and identified his strengths, this has lead to his success as a real estate agent selling over $3 billion worth of property and now as developer, with two of the seven luxury homes in his Redan Lane development selling north of $19 million.
Tim defines high performance as "getting stuff done - well”.
His keys to high performance are;
- Patience and perseverance
- Staying curious, listening to feedback
- Being candid about your strengths and weaknesses.
