On this episode, Gillis & Tarryn dive into a question that Tarryn got asked on Instagram how many carbs should someone with hypothyroidism be eating and the person who asked was following a meal plan that consisted ~1500 kcals and they were gaining weight.

One thing we need to all keep in mind is that calories are still king no matter what, even when we are talking about functional cases like hypothyroidism.

We take a deep dive into this and also talk about other variables that impact overall metabolic health.

We hope you enjoy this!
