This week I chat with Artur Paulins. Artur works internationally and is an established expert in the fast growing area of breathwork. He has worked with the UK special forces, Norwegian Royalty, high profile celebrities, and has been featured in Men's Health, Esquire, GQ, and the BBC.
Artur has used his experience in Breathwork, coaching, resilience, and inner strength to develop his signature courses in his Breathwork Academy. He also offers one-to-one and corporate coaching in the UK and abroad.
