Hey everyone! My name is Lacey and I am a registered dietitian and fitness enthusiast who believes overall wellness is not a number on the scale or in a calorie counter. Overall wellness encompasses balance between nutrition, fitness and lifestyle. I created Authentic Health to help women feel their BEST physically as well as mentally. I want to break those negative thoughts and actions surrounding food, fitness, body image, self-esteem and so much more.
