This is SUCH an important and prevalent topic! I get to work with incredible women through nutrition and fitness coaching and I get the question often about this topic. Many women feel that a weekend of fun derails their health and wellness goals and progress. In this episode I dive into what is actually happening within the body to help understand and explain that a weekend of fun does not completely derail progress. 

I do want to note that this does not mean that I recommend trying to over indulged each weekend, but I hope this episode helps you know that you can still reach your health and wellness goals while having fun and traveling!!
