14. How I Healed My Relationship With Food & Fitness
I know it has been awhile since my last podcast, but I am so excited to be back! This topic has been one that I have thought about for awhile. Many of the incredible women that I work with feel this need to follow a diet, fitness program, or just how they live life perfectly. It can be difficult to feel like you do not have a specific plan. I know for myself, it was a challenge to finally get away from a rigid program but it truly has made all of the difference!
