Fan Mail: Tell Wendy how you're saying yes to yourself!

Hello friends!  This week on the say YES to your yourself! podcast Wendy talks with special guest Angie Bailey about saying YES to choosing her own health and well-being.

Angie spent years as a registered nurse caring for others while bringing her heart and soul to the work she truly loved.  But when changes came that pushed her out of what felt right and aligned, she made the choice to prioritize her health and well-being over the career she loved; choosing joy and creativity as the guides for her new healthy path.

Wendy and Angie talk about how saying YES to yourself opens you up to experiences of limitless joy, and how the ripple effects stay with you long after that first decision!

Angie is a registered nurse, certified IIN Health Coach, Calligraphy Artist and Calligraphy Workshop Facilitator. She has a great appreciation for all the beauty around her; both in art, & in nature.
