Saying YES to being Untethered with Jen Liss
Fan Mail: Tell Wendy how you're saying yes to yourself!
Hello friends! This week on the say YES to yourself! podcast Wendy talks with her dear friend Jen Liss, a fellow lover of saying YES to herself and choosing to do what delights her!
Jen and Wendy talked about their shared love of choosing joy and embracing their belief that you own your experience. Jen has been continuing her evolution of growth as she has restarted her podcast, refreshing the focus and the name. She said YES to herself and to investing in learning to support her quantum leap, and how along the way she discovered more about herself. She found the confidence to show up as her full self, and to being untethered!
They also discuss how what is meant for you will meet you when you are ready and your part is to be open and receive it. And, they share their love of Beecher's Mac n' Cheese!
How you can expand your joy:
- Pick an object up and think about a moment of pure joy for you.
- Attach that memory to the object and feel that memory
- 5 times a day for the next two weeks, pick up that object and feel that joy. Your body memorizes the feeling of joy.
