Life doesn’t always go as planned, but sometimes the unexpected moments lead us exactly where we need to be. In this episode, Wendy sits down with author and entrepreneur Jen Belcastro to explore resilience, reinvention, and the power of saying yes to yourself—even when others may not understand. Jen shares her journey of leaving a 20-year corporate career, navigating a cancer diagnosis at the start of the pandemic, and ultimately reshaping her life on her own terms. From moving to Central America with her daughter to embracing the beauty of small, present moments, this conversation is a powerful reminder that we each have the power to choose what truly matters and create our own experiences.
About Jen:
