Pod Personal Training is Nuneaton's only Small Group Personal Training Gym. We combine strategic training elements with community, accountability and fun to produce incredible results for our members.
I'm Chloe, the owner of Pod Personal Training. I help people achieve the health and fitness goals that they didn't think were possible.
What I have learned from my years of coaching is that we all know what we 'should' be doing to get results but actually doing it is the hard part. I've worked with hundreds of people to help change their mindset and realise their potential. From my own personal journey of losing 8 stone, competing in a body building show, quitting my corporate job and running a business, I share the highs, lows and reality of reaching a goal. My aim is to help as many people as I can find a love for fitness and enjoy their lives while getting results they want.

A short story about 3 million steps
We recently did a step challenge in the gym...
We have 7 groups of 6-7 people currently taking part in weekly challenges to earn points (it's getting v competitive!)
Last weeks challenge was a step challenge and as well as doing almost 3 MILLION steps as a group!! Here are the results, what I observed and what members took from the challenge.
