What I have learned from my years of coaching is that we all know what we 'should' be doing to get results but actually doing it is the hard part. I've worked with hundreds of people to help change their mindset and realise their potential. From quitting my corporate job, losing 8 stone, competing in a body building show and running a business, I share the highs, lows and reality of reaching a goal. My aim is to help as many people as I can find a love for fitness and enjoy their lives while getting results they want.

Why I'd encourage having a 5am alarm
...and it's not because I am a psycho.
There are proven benefits to waking up early (not necessarily 5am, just earlier than usual for you)
This is also good episode to listen to if your mental health isn't in a great place right now. I have some useful suggestions and support for helping yourself.
