Dr. Iman Sadri talks about how to be a foodie and remain skinny in the process. Dr. Iman lost 40 lbs and has kept it off by cutting out carbs and intermittent fasting. The key is to eat one only meal a day. Foodies can enjoy food once per day and still be called a foodie. There is no need to eat three to four large meals, three times per day. There are many skinny foodies on TV who only eat once per day. Is it easy to only eat once per day ? No. But staying thin and feeling light is a tremendous benefit from being disciplined about not eating late.
