The less we eat the more we shrink. - Using a Vision Board constantly to remind oneself of the ideal body type that just around the corner - The concept of the BODY LOSING WEIGHT BY DIGESTING ITSELF - stemming from the concept of Intermittent Fasting - when you don't eat and are feeling 'hungry' at that moment the body is actually burning fat and converting it to energy.
