Sam talks to Charlotte about his running career highlight. How his training went, his preparation and execution of one of his all time best performances. He talks about the highs and the lows of his race and how he had to dig deep to keep 3rd place from catching him in the last 10 miles!
we also discuss race nutrition and kit choices and how they played out when it came to the crunch.
