Hello, hello, Firefam. I cannot believe how long it has been since I've gotten on the microphone. But literally, when I pulled this out, I almost cried because I think internally that was my body telling me how happy and grateful I am to be back on the microphone. Honestly, it's a lot keeping up with all of the different things that are so popular now or the things that you feel like you have to do as a business owner just to make sure that I don't know, your business looks alive and well from the outside. So people know that you're here and doing your job, which is tough some days, I will say. But, you know, I think it's good. Uh it's making me kind of like reassess what's important to me, where I want to be, how I want to show up. And it's always good to reevaluate and check in, which is so perfect with today's episode about, you know, just kind of like going through the motions of life and how to come alive again after being in that kind of stage. Because let me tell you, I was stuck in that stage for quite some time. And it was really tough to get out of because it didn't really make sense to most of the people around me. So yeah, but before I dive in, I'm gonna update you guys on what I was doing in the hiatus for I don't even know. I didn't exactly check, but I want to say it was like two years, if not like exactly two years. I feel like the last episode I put out was two years ago in April. I could be wrong, could have been March. Either way, two years. So okay. This this is the explanation. And yeah, pretty much um throwing it back to then, I had joined like a startup eating disorder clinic. And during that time, I just was putting all of my energy there. It was really, really hard to have any energy really left to give to the podcast. Um, I, you know, as much as I love the podcast, and this is true for anything in life, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that experiences this. It's really difficult to even do things that you love when you have no energy. Okay. And this again couples really nicely with this topic. But at the time, I just had no energy to give to this. I could feel the strain in my voice every time I hit record. I was so excited. Like logically, my brain was like, oh my gosh, these conversations and the people that I'm having on are absolutely stellar. And I've been so excited to have such aligned guests for the message that I want to be putting out there into the universe. But I just like I had nothing to give. That's really how it was. And typically, you know, in the earlier iteration, probably like the first half, if not more, of my podcast, I would always with joy like re-listen to episodes because I really love just like playing it back or like re-listening to the conversation, especially with guests. And it made me feel good. Like I loved hearing it, but I hadn't been able to really fully play back all of the episodes during that time when I was really pushing to create. Again, even though I really wanted to have those conversations, I was just empty. And I don't know, there's just been a mental block. And hopefully I push past it and let myself listen to some of those because I bet there is a lot of wisdom that I could take away and things that I couldn't fully hear in that moment that now I'm really ready to hear. So I don't know. Hopefully I come back to it. That's my hope. And we'll kind of see what happens from there, you know, whether I do it or not. Oh man. Yeah, I'm just still getting used to recording again, I guess. It's like, it's funny. I'm like feeling nervous, even though I've done this so many times. There's just a little bit of nerves coming back to it after being out of the game for so long. But yeah, so because of that, that was really like the biggest reason that I had a tough time recording. Then fast forward eventually, I stepped back in to fuel the fire and wanted that to be my full-time gig again. You know, I think I almost had to see what life was like if I didn't run my own business because I jumped into it pretty soon after I graduated college. I really knew no other way. I knew I had always wanted to have my own business. That was super clear. Like, even from when I was young, I knew that's what I wanted. But, you know, during that time period when I initially kind of like closed the physical location of my business, I needed to know what it felt like to not be tied down and have everyone be relying on me. You know, like the show needed me to go on and I had built it up. And I was trying to figure out ways to build it without me being the focal point of the business. And I was just kind of faltering because it was so tightly intertwined with my ego. And that's the truth. Like it gave me so much self, a sense of self-worth. Like I felt so much value in feeling important. And so when I started to peel away from it, it made me feel less important, truthfully. And it was something that I really struggled with, and I I couldn't tell and I couldn't really understand it in the time. Cause I know I've recorded previous episodes trying to explain it like a couple years ago or three, or I don't even know what the timeline is at this point. It's like it all gets a little blurry, but while I was going through it, I couldn't fully understand it. And the further I get away, the more things make sense. And that's so true with so many things in life. You know, the thing that like, or one of the quotes that's super popular, I guess, like the one about um, you know, everything happens for a reason. Alternatively, I've heard people say it in the reverse, where it's like we make a reason for everything that has happened, either way, perspective and time certainly helps. Shifting the way you look at something and giving life more time to happen. And you start to realize the things that are happening in your life would have never happened had those other things not happened. I know that's like so vague ambiguous, but in general, you know, for example, I should say looking back, it was such a painful experience closing my business and trying to figure things out. And it really was a product of me feeling like I was just going through the motions of my life. I was just doing things just because I had gotten used to doing them. Like I was just living life on autopilot, and I just was starting to lose the feeling of novelty and excitement in my own life. I come back to this really vivid moment when I was hanging out in the hot tub at with a friend, and I said to my friend, you know, is this just life? Like you just wake up and you just keep doing the same things like over and over again, and like that's it. Like this, this is the climax. This is what I worked so hard for is to just like be a little robot. And they looked at me like I had five heads. They were like, What are you saying? Because I don't feel that at the time when I was experiencing that, I didn't know anyone else personally that was having those same thoughts or feelings. I hit a really nice pinnacle of my career. I don't even want to say pinnacle. I should say, like, I because you know, the reason I don't want to say pinnacle is because I still do believe that there are more amazing things ahead of me. And I think that's true no matter where you're at in life. And that's part of what makes things exciting to want to keep going and to see how the universe can unfold for you. But at the time, I had had a big dream around what I wanted my business to look like, what I wanted my life to look like. And I hit it in so many places. I was making amazing money. I was on track to hitting my financial goals. Um, you know, I was making more than I ever thought. I mean, I shouldn't even say that. I really had bigger goals with that. And sometimes it's uncomfortable to say out loud because I don't want to sound greedy or, you know, like I guess I'm a little afraid of judgment. But yeah, of course. Like I want to maximize my business, maximize my impact. And those both have to happen together. The money is not the motivator, it's the impact that I get to have. And when you follow your passion, all of those beautiful things come. And that's how I always led my business. If I'm doing what's important, God will provide for me. If I'm doing good work in the world, having a positive impact, putting my heart into this, the universe will come back tenfold and, you know, honor me, help my message get out there more, connect me with people that are aligned with that and have the same heart. And it's been such a beautiful journey getting to experience that. And at the time, again, going back to that, it's like I achieved all the things. Like I had my dream car, I had a home that I was in love, that I am in love with still. I'm literally in it as I'm recording. And, you know, my business was amazing. I had different facets to it. I was doing one-on-one counseling, cooking classes, introducing yoga and meditation, exercise. It had everything that I dreamed of. And I think because it happened before I was even 30, I was still pretty young, that I hit this point in my career and had done all of this on my own. A lot of the people around me had not had that experience yet. So it was just like they couldn't understand what I was feeling. And now, you know, especially however many years later, now I'm into my 30s, my friends, I think, are starting to also notice that they're tipping that feeling or hitting, knocking on that door. And so now I feel like extra inspired to talk about it because once I put my message out there and I started saying that out loud, even though no one else was really experiencing it, I felt insane at the time. I'm not gonna lie. But now people are like, I get it. I feel that. And people are coming to me, especially even clients. I'm seeing that shift with the people that I work with because I've been putting that message out there. Now they're like, okay, she gets it on a deeper level, which feels really nice because truthfully, that's what it is. I don't think that we go through things in life, especially things that we're super shameful around, to not share them with others and to allow other people to use that as an opportunity to connect with us and for us to help them through that. It's really nice to be helped by someone who has been through what you've been through. There's something really beautiful about that because they get your experience on a deeply visceral level. Having that, I it's because like I think back to some of the people that I reached out to. And again, everything happens for a reason. So I'm very at peace with how everything unfolded. But truthfully, you know, things could have been different if I sought out help from someone who understood me. And what's crazy about that is is like a lot of big names, like a couple years after it had happened, like, you know, we'll say like Boss Babe or Manifestation Babe, which are two businesses that I have always looked up to online, they were talking about how they went through that exact experience. And I was like, oh my gosh, like that's crazy. Like that's literally like I wish they had gone through it before and I heard them speak on it and I had that wisdom to guide me. And who knows, maybe things would have been different. But at the same time, it's like this is just how things happened. Everything that I went through was really crucial for me to grow through and experience, even though I lost, I shouldn't say lost, but let go of more so. Even though I let go of so many things during that season of my life, it really had to happen for me to learn specific lessons, especially around vulnerability and connection. I had a lot of fear around that because I always wanted to put up the image that like I have all my stuff together, like I'm on top of my game, I don't falter, I'm disciplined, I am committed, I will never give up on things. And I wanted that, or yeah, and also like nothing fazed me, right? Like I wanted people to feel that, and for so long I was exactly that until I like couldn't do it anymore. And I was just like, wow, I need a freaking break because I'm tired and this doesn't feel as amazing as I thought, and I don't know where to go from here, right? Like I was going through the motions. So if any of this is something that you can relate to or connect to. Strap in friends, I'm about to tell you the five steps on how to come alive again, how I made it through like a crazy season of my life where I was just going through the motions, had an insane crumble, and how I made it to the other side. Um, and not to scare you, you do not have to go through an insane crumble. This is the information that I'm sharing with you to help you not have to go through some of the painful experiences or the suffering that I created in my own life because I went through so much of it silently and I didn't know where to go, and I should have asked for help sooner. Okay. So we're gonna start with tip one, or step one, I should really say, is assessing what your values are. This is key because when you're going through the motions, you're kind of numb to things. You're like, I don't even remember the last time I laughed or felt joy or really deeply felt something, right? Like you can hug people and you don't even feel like the deep love, even though you know you love this person, or you're like gardening because you love gardening and you're just not feeling the excitement and joy. These are moments that you start to notice, wow, I've really lost the emotional excitement and experience of my life. And I want to feel more deeply. So you have to understand what it is that's actually important to you. Because that's again, like if you're a type A perfectionist like I was, it's easy to kind of lose sight of the little simple pleasures and joys that are really important because you're so focused on achieving something, whether you're an athlete or you're really focused on growing in your career, it's easy for other things to slip by the wayside. So doing a little assessment with yourself, like you can Google values, or if you're a client, this is something you can talk with, um, talk through with me during a session and just really evaluating uh again what's important to you. Step two is learning the language of your body. The reason this is really important is because your body is your guide in life, it has all of the answers. So if you do not know the language of your body, you're going to miss a lot of intuitive communication that is happening. But when we're in this phase and we're a bit numb, we kind of feel like we're in this like gray blah zone that has absolutely no direction. You're just kind of like in this like fog, and it's hard to hear your body because we've likely disconnected from it in order to accomplish the goals that we were pushing towards. So reconnecting can feel really uncomfortable because that disconnecting was actually what led to our success, which is so crazy to think about. So learning the language and understanding it and reconnecting to your body is uh such a deep, uh deep process that it can be really helpful to have some guidance with because uh, you know, it's like we all have the intuition. Like I think everyone has some degree of psychic ability, some degree of inner knowing. These are innate human gifts that we have and we disconnect from them in the name of logic, in the name of achievement. So coming back into them can create dysregulation in the body at times, but knowing what to look for and how it's going to feel can help kind of like ease us in the process of coming back to it. Okay, so if right now you're kind of like, I don't even know where to start with this. Here are a couple of places that you can start. You can really start to first like go by learning where emotions are in the body. So there are exercises that you can do around this. Again, if you're a client, this is something I can happily support you with. Or again, like, you know, we have Google at our fingertips, but again, I personally I love working with a human, especially in this like AI world where computers are like taking over. I'm like uncomfortable with saying that you should Google things anymore because it's just like I don't know. Like I miss being a human and like seeking answers from humans. I don't know. There's just something different about that experience. But anyway, live your life. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with AI, but in places where you can lean into human connection, especially when it's something about intuition, you're gonna get better results when you're connecting with a human or like watching a real person on a YouTube video over like chat GPTing this. Okay. So learning where emotions are in the body and how you experiencing them is a great way to start. And that can happen through meditation, quieting things around you, etc. Um, you can look at things through this the lens of astrology as another example. So whether you fully believe in astrology or not, if you look at your moon sign, it's an opportunity for you to see theoretically with ways that you could be processing emotions. Um, and emotions can impede our ability to hear our intuition at times. So really understanding what your emotional authority is and how that's dictating or impacting your life rather, can be super helpful. And whether the shoe fits exactly as you read it or not, that's okay. It's a tool for reflection. One of my personal favorites, I love human design. If you've never heard of this, it's it's kind of like a it incorporates astrology, it still utilizes like your birth time. Um, but what I really love again, you can use it as a reflective tool, whether or not you know your birth time or you don't know your birth time or you don't believe in astrology or anything like that, you can still use this as a reflection point. Human design gives you seven authority types. Okay, you can be one of these seven types. So the seven include emotional. That's the first one. So if you're an emotional authority, it means when it comes to decision making that you have to wait for your emotions to come down for you to get your true answer. For example, like someone asks you, like, hey, do you want to go out to dinner? And in the moment, you're like, Yes, I'm so excited. Absolutely, 100%. And then the day comes and you're like, no, I actually do not want to go anymore. I don't even know why I said yes. I was so excited in the moment, but ultimately I really don't want to do that. Okay. That could be a sign you're an emotional authority. The second one, a sacral authority. So this is a gut visceral feeling. Okay, so this is something that you just automatically know and you feel it in your body. You feel the answer physically. You can quiet things down, like say, you know, in the moment you're gonna hear the answer right away. And then later, if you um if you need to come back to that answer, like if things happened, you can come back to it just by like quieting and reconnecting to that sense of knowing, which is really nice. The next one, the third one, splenic, which is what I am, which I don't know, maybe I'm just saying it's the hardest because it's one I have. Um, but you know, it's like I've really learned to work with it, so it's so much better. But it's it's kind of similar to sacral, but it's a little bit different. Splenic is different. It is also like an instant visceral knowing, it's an intuitive instant knowing that you just it's like quiet, but it's there. And you hear it in the moment. Okay, and this is what's been really hard for me, and why so much of what I practice with like being in my body is so important. In that moment, if you feel it, that is your truth, that is your answer, you feel it once and you only feel it once. What commonly happens is with this type of authority, once you get that answer, then your head starts getting involved. Like those limiting beliefs, those quiet voices, the bit of doubt, self-doubt creep in, you start to get into your head. Okay. And then it will just completely take you on a roller coaster and you will start doubting what you felt in the moment. And you cannot get back to that feeling. Okay, even if I quiet everything and try to come back to it, I cannot come back to that initial hit that I felt right there in the moment. I can logically remember it, but I can't physically come back to feeling it. Which is such a challenge with that type of authority. But again, it's a beautiful one because I just know it's like what I feel in that moment is true. I can make my decision right then and there, and I know that it's right, and I just have to trust that. Okay, the second I start getting in my head, that's where I start disconnecting. Okay. The fourth one ego. This is based on desire. So you. You truly know what you yearn for. You're going to have desires and they're going to feel very alive and true. And that is the flow of what helps you make your decisions. The next one, self-projected. So this means you actually just have to talk out loud. You like physically literally need to speak out loud to yourself. I mean, someone could be there to listen, but you don't want to take into account what they're saying because that's a different authority, which I'll talk about next. So self-projected is like you literally speaking it out loud. So it's like those people that if and you, you know, if you are one of these people, I love it because I'm surrounded by this type of authority. And I just love it because all I have to do is just like be present and they will talk themselves through finding the answer. And you really just like sometimes it's just being around someone that feels safe, that feels comfortable, that helps you let your guard down. It can allow that to happen, or like you can say it in the mirror or talk to yourself in the car. This is really common and it can be a beautiful way to connect to your answer. The next one is environmental. So this one is needing to discuss it with others. A lot of people think they are this. Like they'll be like, oh, I need to talk to someone, or like I need to gauge what everyone else thinks before I make my decision. Not that many people are environmental. So we lean into doing this because we need something external to validate us, but not everyone is meant to make decisions in that way. There are certainly people who, again, this is the best way that they make decisions, but it's not a majority of the population. So keep that in mind. You might feel like you are this, but you might actually not really be it. And so that's why you never feel super confident with your choices. Um, like I'm thinking of someone that I know that commonly does this, where they feel uncle, they they kind of know their answer. They consult a bunch of people, get a bunch of different opinions, and then just feel worse about whatever they choose, and then go back on it. So if this is a pattern that you're following, you might be trying to be environmental authority, but you are not, and you're actually better off doing something else. Okay. And then the last one is lunar. This is the absolute most rare. So this means it takes 28 days to make a decision. It doesn't mean like little things. This is where it gets confused. It's not like, oh, should I eat this slice of cake? Like, obviously, you're not gonna wait 28 days to decide whether or not you have that cake. This is more about like big decisions, okay? The ones that can kind of trip you up, or like moving into a new home or moving into a new office could be good examples of situations where you would want to use this 28-day decision, or like, should I go on this group vacation? Stuff like that. Okay, so human design, very amazing. This is one that you can Google. I personally love Erin Claire Jones. She is a human design expert. I refer to a lot of her stuff, and oh my god, it would be a dream if she like ever came on at this podcast. But yeah, she's really great at this. She has lovely resources. Definitely check her out if you are curious about human design or if you want to play around with it and kind of explore it. Again, I'm always happy to talk with this or talk to people about this because it's stuff that I really love. And like when I think about what I do outside of work, this is one of the things that I love to explore. Like I love to study human design because, again, it's like I just love personal development, self-exploration. That's what I really think life is about. It's just like continuing to know yourself on a deeper and deeper level and removing the layers of conditioning and lack of clarity or like almost like a forgetting, like a forgetting who you are and like a re-remembering of who you are and what you came here on this planet to do. Right. Okay, so jumping back on track. Number three, your third step in coming back alive again after going through the motions of life. Make micro shifts. This is so important. There are so many people that get the poll because they feel like things are very black or white. I'm either all in or all out. And I'm telling you that while it's great in the moment, that is not sustainable for anyone. And some people will like to argue and say that yes, it is. It's so much better for me when I'm extreme, I see real results. Yes, but if that's true, then you wouldn't be yo-yoing, right? Um, that's just the truth. And uh it's sex to say, but it's it's just not realistic for most people. It's really hard to be a hundred percent on anything because we have so many different facets of our life that can impact being 100% in on something where you have to learn how to be flexible with things. Okay. The rigidity, while it helped you in many ways, will also be the thing that bottlenecks you when it comes to the next step of your evolution. So think of micro shifts as small 1% changes. 1%, that's all it needs to be. These micro shifts are so much better because your nervous system, even if you're trying to develop a new habit that's good and healthy and positive, is going to pull you back if you go too far too fast. Even if you are doing what you know you're supposed to be doing and you know it's best for you, it will feel dysregulating in your body. This is so, so, so, so, so key. And I can't emphasize it enough that you have to create safety in the body to step into the new version of yourself that you want to fully embody. And that happens in baby steps. It does not happen with the snap of a finger. Like the perfect example of this is when people win the lottery and you're like, wow, I'm finally a millionaire. Most people lose that money. I don't know exactly how long, but most people lose all of the money or use all of the money within like a year or something like that. Right. And they end up right back in the financial situation that they were in before. So even if your dreams came true magically overnight, you would not be able to hold it because your nervous system doesn't know how to handle it. Okay. And that's because you're human. No one's immune to this. It takes practice and skill to feel safe. But anyway, I'm gonna get back to that in a little bit. When I talk about the next steps, I'm kind of already jumping ahead, which I knew I would do. It's just so hard because all of these do blend together while they are steps, and I love for you to take them in steps. They, you know, you're gonna dance in all of them a little bit simultaneously, okay? Because that's just how life works. But coming back to the micro shifts, these small things, like romanting your romanticizing your life in little ways, reclaiming small pockets of time in your day. Even if you're super busy, we all can afford five minutes. Even though it feels like we can't, that's just our ego. That is our safety net trying to keep us from making these changes because we subconsciously fear what's on the other side of some changes. Again, even if they're good changes, our body still fears it. So really little bits, small pockets of time where you can make really tiny little baby shifts. Okay. Think so small that it's a no-brainer that I absolutely have no reason that I can't do that thing, right? Like so simple, 100%. I can do this, and it feels almost too easy. But if you do a bunch of those, eventually you get really far and you feel comfortable holding it because you did it in small steps. Number four, once you're going through this process, the next step is to assess your blocks. It's not gonna go perfectly. That again, that's just not how life works. And that does not mean that you're failing that you're going to mess up, you're going to slip, and that's okay. Forgive yourself, evaluate it, look at it like it's a science experiment. You have no emotion about that slip up. It's just like, uh, that happened. Okay, now we move on, right? The more detached emotionally you are from those mistakes, the easier it is to just move forward. This is something that I didn't even know I struggled with for so long. But I I did, you know, like I noticed like even like the smallest of things, I will get in my head. I'm like, dang, you're so dumb. Why did you do that? I can't believe you did it. And that critical inner voice was like put into my brain at some point before I could really consciously think for myself. Like a lot of this is formed before the age of seven, right? And so, like, this is really common for the perfectionist type A high achiever. It comes up, okay? We have that really critical voice, and again, that's what makes us really good, right? That's why we have accomplished so much. But it's again, it was the thing that was like holding me back. It's like I would just stew in my mistakes and feel terrible about them. And when you get to a certain point, you know, that used to motivate me, but it no longer motivates me to do that because the further you get along and the more you're kind of healed from that egoic drive and desire, you start to realize that like shaming yourself doesn't actually push you to accomplish more. Which again, like it's crazy to say out loud because I didn't recognize that I was doing it. But that was an edge that I met when I was going through this journey and, you know, that I still meet sometimes where I'm like, dang, I'm being really hard on myself for something that no one else is thinking about but me. I'm just like stewing in it for no good reason. And that's holding me back because all this time that I'm like lowering my vibration, being stuck in this negative emotion, it's blocking me from seeing other good things that could be happening, right? So it's like coming back to it, assessing, removing emotion from it. It is science, it's just data. Analyze it, and you re-approach it from fresh eyes. Okay. So you see what's working. If it's not working, you change it, right? This is an important process. It's an important part of the process. No one does a science experiment and nails it the first time. You say, hey, here's this study, this is what I've learned from it, and here's the new study that I can now do. That's literally how science works. Studies don't just stop. We keep evaluating, we keep assessing, and we keep refining our processes. Okay, and this is exactly how you can look at it in the frame and perspective of your life. Okay, you're just refining your processes. All right, and then next, find tools. This is the last step, step five. All right. This is again one that you can do layering and you're gonna cycle through steps probably like two through five pretty consistently. Reassessing your values will happen probably once every few years. You're gonna have to reassess your values as you enter in new stages like getting married, having a baby, a big move, a job change. You're gonna find yourself re-evaluating values, but two through five you're gonna do pretty routinely. So, last but not least, step five, finding tools to regulate your nervous system and doing things to metabolize stress on a daily basis. Regulating your nervous system, coming back to when I was talking about like the micro shifts, you have to create safety in the nervous system. No, you are not getting chased by a tiger in the wild, but you are physiologically having similar reactions to that when you experience changes in your life, even positive changes, can feel dysregulating. And that is often why, even if we achieve success in certain things, it feels really difficult to hold because we haven't conditioned our body to be that version or to hold that level of success or achievement. That's why it's like when you're at the top, it feels like a lot of pressure, right? And like I'm thinking about it in terms of football mainly because I'm surrounded by people in my family and my fiance that love football so much. But it's like you have a quarterback that does really well and like crushes it one season and they're on a high, and then like the next season, it's like it's so hard for them to hold. It's like it's literally dysregulating, and then they start not playing as well. And it's like, oh my gosh, this is a totally different player than before. This is because they're probably not practicing nervous system regulation. This is not something that most people talk about at all. Like, hello, welcome to the area of the internet and podcasting world where you know what, you're doing things that most people are not doing or not thinking about. And that's the beauty of you being here, being connected with me. I'm so excited, you know. If like you're listening to this, just I'm so happy that you're here because you get to be a part of something that not everyone is thinking about. Like you're probably someone that's like ahead of the curve in your life or in your group of friends. Not everyone is actively working on themselves to grow, to become a better version of themselves. Most people do not want to look at the the shadows of themselves. It's so much easier to just kind of live like a la di-da life and just like be bop around and like never think about any of these things or to stuff them down. But you are not that person. That's why you're here and that's why you're going to achieve so much and to continue to grow from the already amazing version that you are and to continue to expand upon it. So I want to give you some examples, and these are ones that I love to tell my clients. Um, I, yeah, this is like some insider knowledge. So again, welcome to the Secrets Club. So you're you're getting a little bit more um, yeah, more of the juicy stuff by listening to this podcast than you'll find on any any other form of my social media. So the tools to help metabolize stress are going to include some examples, movement, EFT, which was is emotional freedom technique, which I am certified in and I again would love to share with you. Next one is breathwork, crying, laughter, creative expression, co-regulation with a safe person, and orgasms. So these are all things that help shift hormones in our body. We have physiological responses to all of these things. They create regulation, relaxation, stress processing, or stress metabolizing, rather, if you want to think of it that way. Um, these all help. Doing them routinely is the key. You don't stop taking medicine just because you're in a good place. You're in a good place because you've been taking the medicine. Think of these activities as the exact same way. These are your medications, these are your natural 100% organic, 100% free medicines. Make them a part of your daily life, even if it is in small doses. You can always titrate up and you will titrate up because when you start doing them, at first they're a little uncomfortable because you kind of feel like you're forcing yourself into it. But the more you do them, the better you feel. And once you kind of get through that initial resistance towards doing them, it starts to become something that you're like, wow, I need this, I crave it, I desire it, and I want to maximize how much I'm getting out of these. Trust me, it will happen. Part one, you have resistance. Part two, you start to notice, hmm, this is pretty good. Part three, you're obsessed. It will happen. Trust the process. Whew, all right. That was a doozy. So those are your beautiful five steps. Um, so something key that I want to give myself a little um plug for. Obviously, this is my podcast, so I guess I get to do that without asking, needing to ask for permission. If you are really curious about this process, I've specifically designed a program perfectly for this called Body and Soul Freedom. If you're listening to this and you're like, wow, I literally need all of this, um, which I, you know, if you have related to, this is a great process. It's something that is so powerful. This body and soul freedom program that I've created, I've had clients that have gone through it like three times already because it's something that you can continue to revisit through different stages of life that really help you anchor in that next level and lock it in. So, body and soul freedom, this name really came from this experience of my own life of just going through the motions. Like I felt like I was trapped of having to do certain things just to maintain an appearance or to maintain success that I have already created. And I was afraid that if I were to change anything, I would let everything go, lose everything, and feel horrible about myself. Truly, that's like where my brain was going. Like, if I didn't have all of the success, who would I, who would I be? Like, what is my value? But after going through this process, putting everything in that I have learned, all of the new certifications that I've acquired, they're in here. So all of these new things that I've learned through that process, all of the lessons that I've embodied, I'm now packaging in this. And it will truly take you to that next level to be able to hold it, to be able to really feel free in your body to liberate your desires, to start living life in a way that you're like, this is what I've been wanting. All right. And it all started, you know, essentially like the problem that made me realize this is something I needed was my relationship with food. Okay. So I am a dietitian and it was kind of like a reflection of my like tight grasp on everything in my life and especially around food. You know, it was like the more I latched onto it, the more it would make me feel good about myself and my body. But it was at the same time like really exhausting me, right? So, like, food is one of the many ways that it shows up where it's like I have this tight control and I need to eat a certain way, measure everything. I can't, I can't fall off this path. Otherwise, I'm not gonna feel good about myself. It's really just a mirror that you are craving body and soul freedom. You want to feel free in your body, you want to be liberated in your soul. And this is just a beautiful program that brings it all together. You start to understand your intuition, you start to understand the language of your body, you appreciate yourself on a deeper level, you let go of some of the some of those type A perfectionist tendencies, and you can finally be someone that's confident on the deepest level, that no longer needs to perform, to realize that you're worthy of love and even more than that, to realize that your value goes beyond the physical world. You're a spiritual being having a physical experience, and you reconnect to the root of who you are and what you're meant to do in this lifetime, who you're meant to be, how you're actually meant to live. So if it's calling to you, I'm happy to chat about it, or I'll also link it in the show notes and you can check out the landing page. I am still learning, I'm not a graphic designer, but I'm trying my best to make it as cute as possible and to really portray, um, which is part of why I want to like talk about it on the podcast because it's so much easier for me to speak. I'm still working on translating my thoughts into words on a website and landing page. So bear with me as we go through this process, but I promise you the courses and modules are encapsulating everything because again, you know, you can listen to them, which is what I love. You can play these videos, walk through it, you get one-on-one sessions with me. And yeah, it might, you know, I'm thinking about throwing back in some group elements, which I did in the first iteration. So yeah, stay tuned. I love you guys. If you listen to this and you enjoyed it, please share it with your friends. Let me know your thoughts, shoot me a message online. I'd love to hear it. And now that I'm back, tell me what you guys want to hear. I, you know, I I just love getting on the microphone and yapping. I told myself that this would not be a long episode, but magically I feel like every time I record, it's 40 minutes. It's like, I don't know, there's something that my brain just I can't seem to get it shorter. But we'll work on it. Maybe I'll throw in some short ones here and there. No promises, but I'll consider it because your girl can yap. All right. Love you guys.
unknownBye.
