Feeling stuck in fear or overwhelmed by the entrepreneurial hustle? This is all too common, and luckily, there are tools and strategies to help make the weight of it all a little lighter!

In today’s episode, we’re getting real about what it actually takes to build emotional resilience as an entrepreneur (hint: it’s not about "working harder").

Natasha sits down with psychotherapist Anissa Cordova, PhD, to talk about the messy, human side of business ownership—navigating discomfort, handling rejection, and staying grounded in a world that often pulls us toward fear and scarcity.

By the end of this conversation, you’ll feel equipped to:

  • Recognize the sneaky signs of emotional depletion and restore your energy with simple shifts to maintain optimal performance and avoid burnout
  • Build resilience before the big stressors hit
  • Tap into gratitude, play, and values-based decision-making to grow a business you actually love

Managing your mental health really is about so much more than self-care, it’s about creating systems and processes that support your wellbeing and create optimal performance so you can show up wholly for what matters most in your business and life.

Share this with a biz bestie who needs a reminder that slowing down is a strategy!
