This is not about forcing myself to feel amazing or having a perfect day. It is about making small, intentional shifts that help me feel just a little bit better.
I walk you through exactly what I do to reset. I change my physical state with water, fresh air, or movement. I reset one small space to calm the overwhelm. Then I shift my mindset with simple thoughts, music, or even silence.
