Hey everyone, welcome to the podcast. It's Joe with Couture Coaching, so today's podcast is going to be short and sweet. I am getting over a little virus so I don't have much of a voice, so I want to just spend today to talk to you about two things that we have going on at Couture Coaching. So we are hosting the webinar because, you know, I think women especially just hear so many confusing things about how you can speed up your metabolism, and it can vary greatly.

You can be told to fast. You know, if you just Google speed up or boost my metabolism, you can be told things that truly are like opposite of each other. You can be told to fast. You can be told to eat keto, to become a vegan, do a bunch of hit cardio, completely cut out cardio. I know wall pilates is the big thing right now. I don't know if it makes any claims to boost your metabolism, but you name it, it's out there. It's contradictory. You know there are all sorts of pills and shots out there right now, so I think it can just be so confusing it can make your head spin and when you are confused it's really hard to make good decisions about truly nutrition and exercise habits. That will be a good investment in your long-term health.

And here's the other thing. One thing is definitely true If your metabolism is in a bad spot, it's going to make losing weight very, very difficult. So once you understand how your metabolism works what actually what inputs influence it those sorts of things you can start making smarter decisions, and smarter decisions almost always lead to better results. So what you will learn and get from this webinar is number one really good news your metabolism doesn't naturally slow down until you get older. Truly, like past 60 or so, there isn't any real natural slowing of your metabolism due to hormone changes, that sort of thing. But even if you are over 60 and some things are kind of slowing down on their own, you can positively impact your metabolism by your lifestyle and exercise and nutrition habits, and before 60, that is definitely the case. If your metabolism has slowed down, it's probably, I like to say it's like some of your lifestyle has caught up to you. So you can definitely influence your metabolism, and the really good news is that all the things that you do to boost your metabolism are going to make you look and feel like a million bucks. So this is really valuable information. Once you know how your metabolism really works, you can cut through some of the BS out there and some of the noise and start truly forming habits that will support and speed up your metabolism over time. This is what we're going to tell you is not a quick fix, but it's stuff that you can start doing now and really impact your health and, like I said, your metabolism over a long period of time. So in this webinar, we're going to teach you how your metabolism works and then tell you the things you can start doing now to boost it.
