Camile Costa is a Brazilian lawyer and mediator, with experience in intellectual property, international and contractual law, business management and alternative dispute resolution.

With an LLM in International Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution at the Swiss International Law School and Negotiation training in Harvard, organises workshops and in-company learning experiences, using the learn by doing methodology to help professionals develop self-awareness and human skills, including effective communication, negotiation, collaboration, systemic view, creativity and strategic thinking.

She is the author of the bilingual Portuguese-English book The Benefits of Mediation for Intellectual Property Related Disputes: a practical approach, and the co-founder and manager of the Negotiation Meeting (www.meetingnegociacao.com), the Brazilian national phase for the International Negotiation Competition.
