Welcome to this episode where I'm joined by Christine Lindholt Wittusen, a coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator, who is passionate about interpersonal relationships, communication, and personal development. Christine believes that the key to better relationships is a deeper understanding of ourselves and others, and in this episode, we dive into the topic of self-awareness and how it can make us more resilient.
We explore the benefits of self-awareness, how to recognize if we lack it, and the tools we can use to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, such as the enneagram. Christine also explains the concept of triggers and how understanding them can empower us, as well as the power of vulnerability in our relationships.
We then move on to discuss how understanding ourselves can improve our relationships, and Christine shares tips on how to create resilient relationships through empathy and creating psychological safety. Join us as we delve into the fascinating world of self-awareness and relationships.
In this episode, Christine and I explore the questions and issues around the following:
WHAT IS THE ENNEAGRAM?
The Enneagram is a typing system consisting of nine basic personality types that are interconnected. It describes nine different ways of thinking, feeling and behaving that people default to in life. It also explains the «why» or core motivations behind these personality patterns: our deeper fears and longings. Unlike other personality tools, the Enneagram provides a unique path of development per type. It helps you how to better understand yourself and others, and shows you how you can grow and be the best version of yourself.
