The duo of Jacklenn and Ellie returns to break down five reasons to exercise that have nothing to do with looks. From expanding capabilities, boosting brainpower, sleeping better, connecting with others, and setting an example for the people around you — this was a reminder that movement is about feeling good. To be truthful, I didn't start working out for any of these reasons (oopsy), but somewhere along the way I realised they are actually the whole point. I think we could all take a leaf out of a dog's book cause going for a walky is actually the bees knees. So however you choose to move your body, give yourself a crisp high five and enjoy xx
