I've had my own battle with body dysmorphia and disordered eating, so I get it. I've now made it my mission to help women conquer anything that stands in the way of mental or physical health.

Christina tried getting therapy through Better Help for her binge eating, then did Noom 3 different times... she still couldn’t kick her bingeing habit that had been going on for the last 2 1/2 years. She was so ready to eat pizza without guilt, and get over the hatred she felt towards her bod.
She worked with me for 1 month and was no longer bingeing.
