Sasha Bershadsky is an Ayurvedic Doctor, founder of Ojas Oasis, and host of the Ojas Oasis podcast, where she brings Ayurveda, yoga, and holistic healing into conversation with leading voices in the field. Through her clinical practice and podcast, Sasha embodies a new generation of practitioners making the timeless science of Ayurveda accessible and relevant in modern life.

She earned her Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist certification from the California College of Ayurveda in 2021 and completed the Ayurvedic Doctor program at Kerala Ayurveda Academy in 2025, deepening her expertise in traditional diagnostics, herbal medicine, and therapeutic lifestyle protocols.

Based at Ojas Oasis in Austin, TX, Sasha loves being part of the Casa de Luz community, helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and restore balance through the timeless principles of Ayurveda.

Erin Greenhouse is the Producer of Ojas Oasis with Sasha Bershadsky. She graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Telecommunications, Information Studies, and Media, with a focus on Audio Production. Erin lives in New York City, where she completed her 200 hour Yoga teacher training from Yoga Vida, as well as her certification in Prenatal Yoga.
