Hi everyone! My name is Alyssa and I am SO excited you are here! On this channel, I will be discussing multiple different topics around psychology and spirituality. In addition, I will be incorporating self help/growth and healing tools in each episode. I pride myself on holding a judgement free and safe space for everyone, including my guest speakers. In a world full of hatred and ego, I promise to keep this sacred space a comfortable one! A little bit about me, I am a Licensed Social Worker, Reiki Master, and Certified Akashic Record Reader. Now that we got my little credentials out of the way, If you enjoy sarcasm, cursing, laughing and ridiculous stories of stupid shit I have done and been through, then this is just the space for you! My episodes will be roughly 30-60 minutes long and I will be releasing a new episode every other week.
