Hello beautiful souls! This episode is pretty straight forward. However, I had the help of someone else to explain energy from a "physics" perspective as it can be super confusing. Energy is hard to explain since it is something we cannot necessary see, rather feel. There is SO MUCH to know and understand about energy so this episode is a good introductory course.
