the #1 thing that made me not overthink
Hello beautiful people! i’ve always been the type of person whose brain never shuts up. like, ever. overthinking literally everything, what i said, what i didn’t say, what i’ll do tomorrow, why my hair looks weird, you name it. but recently, i found something that actually helps me not spiral as much. it’s not meditation, it’s not journaling… it’s something way simpler, and kind of annoyingly effective.
in this episode, we talk life lately (bachelorette, wedding, kai cenat obsession, obviously), and then dive deep into what’s been helping me quiet my mind and stop letting anxiety run the show.
