What’s your relationship with ego? Do you even understand what it truly means and why it’s important to take notice of your ego? More often than not, when we hear the word ego, it usually translates to something negative or undesirable. But in reality, it isn’t. Having an ego is a good thing because it is your sense of self-esteem. You just have to ensure that you are mindful of all the unhealthy projection of your ego that reflects your fears and insecurities. Like most things in this world, the work that you need to do within yourself is important to balance out a healthy vs. unhealthy ego.
