In this episode, I talk about the pros and cons of working hard, sharing my journey of working 12-hour days and the toll it took on my health.

Working hard can have benefits, but finding a balance is essential. Working hard to the point of damaging your health is not sustainable and is not success. Take the time to assess your motivation to work hard and ensure you are working towards your true goals.

Here are the steps you need to follow to also get balance and success:

  • Take the time to assess why you are working so hard. Is it coming from a place of fear or scarcity? If so, it may be time to reevaluate your priorities.
  • Consider the long-term effects of working too hard. It can take a toll on your health, both physically and mentally.
  • Find a balance between work and the rest of your life. Make sure you are taking time for yourself and your relationships.
