Try to think about all your beliefs or things you are passionate about- religion, health, sport, art, music—basically, anything. Have you ever wondered why you believe them? Where you got that belief from, and why do you keep believing in them? Take time to stop for a second and question your beliefs, then, you can find out if those are intrinsically yours or are dictated by society or circumstances.

1. What is the definition of a cult? What are some examples of cults?
2. What are the benefits of exercise? Why do some people not exercise?
3. What are some ways to think about things from multiple perspectives?
