Welcome back to Guided Meditations with Star. If this is the first time you're joining this channel, welcome, and please may I ask if you can subscribe to this channel. In order to prepare for this meditation, which we'll be doing a visualization exercise today, I'd like to invite you to please find a comfortable seated position just out of the you know space of anyone, just so you can have a few moments to yourself. Or even I'm going to invite you. This is also a lay down meditation, so if you want to do this exercise just before bed, you may as well. So when you're ready, I'm going to gently invite you to close your eyes, and this meditation today is called visualizing a fountain for healing. So let's begin. I'm going to invite you to start to become aware of your breath. Breathing is one of the most important things we do, yet we tend to forget about it and never quite consciously breathe the best that we are able to. So let's begin by taking three nice big, deep breaths in through the belly and just feeling that belly raise itself or rise, and, as you exhale, just feeling it fall. I almost encourage a pregnant-like breathing, just feeling your belly become quite full and paying attention as you do this, to your belly and your lungs expanding when you do so, just bringing that awareness in for this function that we don't even have to be conscious about, but now becoming consciously aware, and I will do this with you as well. So I'm going to invite to say one fully in you as well. So I'm going to invite to say one fully in and deeper, if you can, and let any worrisome thoughts just fade away as you exhale. And number three, and number three filling your body with as much oxygen as you can, holding it just for a moment longer and then let the air escape from your body, relaxing you even further. So, relaxing you even further. So Now, good, does that feel a little bit better? I hope.
Speaker 1:And as this is a visualization exercise, I'm going to invite you to allow your mind to drift and wander to the thought of a small, ornate, hand-built fountain. This is the fountain of relaxation, hand-built fountain. This is the fountain of relaxation. It is built in a way that the water level is waist-high and easy for you to access. Maybe there is a sculpture that the water comes out from splashing down into the basin, or perhaps the water just shoots up and the water, and out of the water it shoots out in a beautiful way, something similar to this Just allow your mind to wonder how you want to visualize it. And however you see this fountain, I'd like to invite you to picture it very vividly, in as much detail as you can. You notice the water is crystal clear, but it also seems to glow with a golden light. I'm going to invite you to touch your hand to the side of the fountain and feel the way it is built and how sturdy it is. Now I'm going to invite you to dip your fingers into the golden water and you feel a profound relaxation it gives in your fingers, and so, of course, you proceed further to dip your entire hand into the healing water.
Speaker 1:The pleasure that this water brings you is so wonderful that you must must have more. So gather some in your right hand and splash it onto your left forearm. Gather some more and cover your upper arm and shoulder with water. The moisture on your skin is glistening in the sunlight, similar to how diamonds reflect light. Diamonds reflect light, and I'm going to invite you to repeat and do the same with your left side, and so with your left hand, cupping the water and soaking your right arm with it, and right shoulder as well. This water is not only extremely soothing, but its appearance is stunning.
Speaker 1:I'm gonna invite you to cup both hands together and, of this glowing substance in your hands, gathering as much as you can, watching it slip through your fingers a little and spilling over the edges of your hands and this time, and bring the water to your mouth for a drink. The water touches your lips and is sublime. This water is heavenly. It nourishes you, it relaxes. You. Take another handful and drink some more, maybe another if you need. Take as much as you can.
Speaker 1:This fountain is abundance. Had enough. I'm going to invite you to gather one more handful and then you can splash it on your face. This water seems to wash away all of the worries you've ever carried in your facial expressions over the years, just washing it all away. Notice how you feel. Really nice, isn't it?
Speaker 1:And I'm going to invite you just to relax somewhere near this fountain, anywhere of your choosing, feeling completely free, completely liberated as well, with a clear and open mind, open to infinite opportunities and possibilities.
Speaker 1:And now that you've found this space to relax by this fountain, can I invite you to allow yourself to experience any special messages that maybe you are needing to hear, as you gently and kindly open to anything you feel or hear. So let's just take a moment for that. So, and when you feel you are ready and you've received the messages you needed in the way that you needed to receive them and the way that you needed to receive them, I'm going to invite you to take a nice deep breath, bringing your awareness back into your body, becoming fully aware of this present moment, feeling ready to take on the rest of the day with confidence, or indulging yourself in a deep, restful sleep. So, when you're ready and comfortable, you may either open your eyes nice and gently, or I wish you a wonderful evening and a beautiful sleep ahead of you, sending you lots of love.
