This week on the pod Eric is joined by Dr. Julia Wood, a board-certified psychiatrist.
Dr. Wood received her M.D. at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and completed residency at Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital psychiatry residency program. She worked at McLean Hospital and also as an Instructor at Harvard Medical School before moving to Tennessee in 2012.
She is a mom and a partner at Knoxville Psychiatry located in Knoxville, TN, where she specializes in treating mood and anxiety disorders during pregnancy and postpartum.
Dr. Wood is a column editor for the Harvard Review of Psychiatry and a member of the Tennessee Chapter’s board of directors of Postpartum Support International. And if all of that isn’t impressive enough - she is also Eric’s psychiatrist.
