Today we are talking about the power of breathing. Seems simple, but it can be the difference you need to change your life.
From the Eskimo word parents use to calm their children, "goosfraba" is the deep breath we all need to take to chill out and live! If you aren't sure what you need to say or do in life, you may just need to take a little time to breath. 2-3 Deep breaths will help you center and get the O2 you need to your brain to think!
