As bosses, parents, spouses, employees and just plain humans, sometimes we have to get up and 'Walk it Off'! We can't control everything, even though we wish we could and through all that love, pain, joy and heartache; we are called to be resilient and endure those expected and unexpected moments everyday. In order to do that, we need to take time during our day to relieve that stress, blow off steam and walk it off!

New Years Update and #75Hard Phase 2
We are at it again! Round 2 of Phase 2, Season 3 Episode 1! We are so excited to be back, it has been forever! Candy's coaching business is launched, if you are interested in a FREE clarity call, shoot her a message @candypedersen96 on IG or @candypedersen on FB. We are starting sober 2024, so look out, we have a lot of free time on our hands! Candy has also developed to 10, 20, 30 plan for the year: 30 mins of physical activity, 20 mins of reading and 10 mins of writing. This plan will help feed your physical, mental, emotional and intellectual selves. Our goal in these things is to continue to develop our relationships with God, each other and our kids. Life is short and we don't want to miss out!
