Create Love, Create Freedom is a podcast about psychology, mythology, identity, relationships, culture, and the interior life.
Hosted by Allison N. Fischer, the podcast explores the deeper questions that shape who we become: how identity is formed and transformed, how we develop self-trust and discernment, how relationships influence the stories we tell about ourselves, and what it means to live with greater sovereignty, responsibility, and depth.
Drawing from psychology, mythology, archetypal traditions, literature, philosophy, and the lived experience of women, episodes examine themes of descent and return, integration, power, love, belonging, solitude, wisdom, boundaries, responsibility, and the long process of becoming more fully oneself.
Some episodes begin with a psychological question. Others begin with a myth, an archetype, a relationship, or a cultural pattern. Together, they form an ongoing inquiry into the inner life—and into what becomes possible when we learn to meet our lives with greater consciousness, agency, and wisdom.
