Liz began her real estate career with purchasing her first real estate investment in 1998, joining the mortgage industry in 2000, adding property management to her plate in 2007, becoming a full-time Realtor in 2010, and becoming a broker along with opening My Utah Agents with Shannon Olsen in 2020. Throughout her journey Liz  discovered her love for helping others succeed in their own career paths and hopes to share many successful stories.  

Nelson is an 18 year veteran of the mortgage business. He left the big mortgage banks in the fall of 2018 to open Utah Independent Mortgage Corp. because he believed that he could best honor the trust of his clients by being an independent broker. During his career, Nelson has filled roles as branch manager, team leader, and trainer for dozens of loan officers. Nelson lives in Syracuse, UT and is the Father of 4, Husband of 1, and Mortgage Guy to hundreds of past clients and friend.
