Ending Physician Overwhelm
I'm Megan Melo, board-certified Family and Obesity Medicine Physician and Physician Coach. In this podcast we talk about the many ways that burnout shows up in our lives, and what we can do about it. I'm on a mission to help Physicians take steps towards to heal burnout by unlearning the habits of perfectionism, people-pleasing and limiting beliefs so that we can lead healthier, happier lives.
The healthcare system is broken; but you don't have to wait until it's fixed to feel better. I'm here to help.

Ending Physician Overwhelm
Lessons from a Business Conference
I am abuzz with ideas and energy after returning home from a business conference, words I never thought would come out of my mouth. But, such as it is, today's episode is about life lessons that I've learned, and that I am sharing with you today. These are not business-specific lessons, they are really life lessons, and I hope that you enjoy!
In the episode, I reference Dr Una and her podcast, The EntreMD Podcast, which is a wonderful resource for any Physicians out there who want to start their own businesses, even if it's a secret dream at this time. Check out her podcast here.
I also referenced 2 specific episodes, one on this podcast, and one on my friend, Dr Sarah Smith's podcast, The Sustainable Clinical Medicine Podcast, and you'll find those links below.
