What I Learnt Starting My Business

On this episode I have shared the journey I have experienced over the past 10 years from when I first started retraining, starting my business until now.

When I began I had no idea how to make what I dreamt of happen, and it is still a work in progress, however, there has been so much growth and learning. 

I know there are many others that are on a similar path, and may just be beginning to create their dream business, many in the wellness space, or perhaps you're already in progress, and coming up against some challenges. 

And even if you don’t have a business, perhaps there is something new that you want to venture into and you're not really sure how to start.

I share some what I did particularly in the beginning, in the hope that it might give you encouragement to begin or to keep going.
