Interventions for Healthier Eating

The Association for Consumer Research

Professors Pierre Chandon, Kelly Haws, and Peggy Liu join Consumer Insights 101 to discuss the insights from the research included in the Interventions for Healthier Eating issue of the Journal of the Association for Consumer Research (JACR).  The co-editors of the issue share interesting findings at the intersection of nutrition, public health, technology, and even environmentalism. The insights have important implications, not just for marketers and companies, but also for parents and society.  From field studies to experiments, French children to American undergrads in a food hall, the Interventions for Healthier Eating issue of JACR reveals some of what works – and, importantly, what doesn’t work– when it comes to healthier eating.
